Our stay of five days was something of an endurance test. Had we not paid upfront we would undoubtedly have moved to another place.

Firstly the owner was very offhand with our Macedonian driver and gave him misleading information about access to the hotel to drop us off, and then refused to take the suitcase when the driver asked him to.

The room was a lot smaller than the photos appeared on Booking.com, the bedding was inadequate although with persistence this was remedied, the tv never worked nor did the wifi. The first day the plastic shower head snapped and we spent a lot of the day trying to find the owner to advise the situation.
The website indicated that this was an apartment but it was just a small bedroom with a small refrigerator and a kettle.
There was no servicing of the room either clean towels, rubbish disposal, nor replenishing of supplies, e.g. toilet paper etc
Breakfast was provided in a restaurant off site and the hours weren’t  always suitable, e.g. we had appointments on two days at 9.30 am and breakfast service didn’t commence until 9.00 leaving it too late. Breakfast on those days were taken elsewhere at additional expense.

This is a 4**** establishment but the services offered were far below that rating.i.e. There were difficulties in communication with the owner who spoke Macedonian and Russian only. I tried English, French and Greek without success, he could seldom be located, he offered no advice about the hotel nor the region, there was no reception area - you had to run up and down the stairs to find him or ring a bell at the front door.
I would be hesitant to suggest this establishment except if you were staying for one night
