Apartments Magnolija

Mr. Vlado and his daughter, Jasmina, were amazing hosts. We extended our stay for one extra night and they were more than helpful in getting us to another studio, which was freed that same day. Both rooms were comfortable to stay in, with a tv, air con, mini kitchenette (we never eat inside during our vacations, besides snacks, but it was nice to see they thought of almost all the things needed to cook a meal), iron and hair dryer (which I never used - the iron and the blow dryer, since we brought ours, thus I cannot comment on their functionality). Everything seemed neat and clean, and that is very important to us. Nowhere does it say the place is non smoking, and there are ashtrays in the rooms. We used to stay in the room from approximately 2 pm to 7 pm (mainly after lunch, due to high temp, and, of course, at night). My husband smokes on average one cigarette per hour. We kept the windows open almost all the time. However, Vlado's wife knocked on the door and requested he smokes less. I am not even going to go into what 'less' means to different individuals and how relative that is. We travel all around the world, and either a place is smoking or nonsmoking. It cannot be 'smoke less'. Nonetheless, we decided not to let this momentum make us unhappy and look at the bright side of our stay there.
