Kate Apartments

It was Orthodox Easter in Macedonia. I and my wife decide to go to Ohrid for a 4 nights for the holidays. We found on internet that someone rent an apartment in Ohrid. We call the landlord and we ask for all the things what we need to have while we were in Ohrid. We have an 8 months old baby so we were kind of scary what to expect. We ask if they have heating in the apartment, kitchen with all necessary appliances, etc. The landlord (Zlatko) was extremely nice and hospitable on the phone. He gave us a discount on the regular price for the apartment because we book the apartment for 4 nights. We pay thru the bank 40% from the total amount for the reservation and we agree when we will arrive to pay him in cash the rest of the amount. After two weeks me, my wife and my small baby arrive in Ohrid. Zlatko was precise with the directions how to find the apartment and also he find me a parking spot only for us (Ohrid can become challenge to find a parking spot thru the holidays and weekends). Zlatko show us the apartment on the second floor and we were happy to stay there. He also told us if we need anything while we were there to call him. He was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was small and cozy. Just enough for two adults and one child or baby. We had everything what we need. Also fast and free wifi for my Netflix  For me the most important thing is to be clean and it was. Also the location of the apartment was perfect. Just across the street from the old bazaar. Also 1 minute walk from the green market. I will make a list of positive and negative comments so the future renters to choose if they like it or not. Positive: - Landlord was extremely hospitable and helpful - Location - Clean - Enough power sockets - Kitchen was equipped with everything you need - LCD TV - Fast WIFI - Hot water 24/7 - Parking spot Negative: - View from the balcony - No elevator I will definitely come back to this apartment in the future and I will recommend to everyone.
