Front desk where guest is supposed to check-in is currently located at address "Nikola Vapcarov Str. 1" - same hotel building, but different side.
The reception works till 10pm, so if the guests arrives later - they can go inside the hotel from Trend lounge bar and ask for the key at the bar, staff will leave the key on the reception desk; and if by some chance guest arrives after midnight - there is a night guard, so guest should ring on the bell in front of the hotel and the night guard will give the key.
Airport shuttle fee: EUR 20 per vehicle (one way).
