This hostel is just a ten minute walk from the main square in Skopje and is therefore centrally situated. There are a few shops close by including supermarkets and food outlets. It's situated down a back street in a road where you cannot park your car without paying and have to leave it around the corner a five minute walk away. The price to stay here is very cheap but they do not serve breakfast anymore as they once did. The staff are volunteers and very happy to help you with all your needs. A big shout out to Martin, Santi and Isobella, but especially the delightful and beautiful Rain.
Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. My room was a four bunk dorm situated just outside the main reception area. It came with central heating, a locker, night light, bed curtain and socket. Unfortunately when I arrived the light was not working nor did my locker close properly. The bed was relatively comfortable.
The reception area is very small as is the whole hostel which has only twenty beds with four in five different rooms. There's a small kitchen with a fridge freezer to store your food, a kettle with free tea and coffee, and a toaster. There's only two bathrooms which both contain a shower and toilet and the hostel will give you a bath towel free of charge. Next to the kitchen there's a outside veranda for smoking and drinking which I never used as it was far too cold at night.
The negatives I would bring up about the hostel are that there are parts of it that are not clean enough. There's quite a lot of dirty mould around the shower cubicles which isn't hygienic when different people are using it and the shower head in one of the showers doesn't flow properly. My locker door didn't close properly, and they do not provide you with a key for the door to your dorm so it's unlocked all the time. Overall you cannot fault this hostel due to the price but if you feel the negative points made in this review isn't something you like the sound of, then you will have to pay more money elsewhere for your stay in Skopje.  

CHEAP HOSTEL CENTRALLY SITUATED

I stayed at hostel as was flying out, its walking distance from bus station as well as from major attractions ,its facilities good ,only as my room was seperate i needed to go into reception area to access bathroom and toilets,showers so it wasnt located inside hostel but on same floor 

Great hostel 

Very cosy hostel, next to center city. Around you can find shops.
Friendly staff and warm rooms.
Double bedroom with AC, we stayed in January and it was warm in room, when outside was -10 in some days.
Big balcony, computer, and staff can help you to find everything what you need.

Cosy days un Skopje 

I stayed here for 3 nights and I never felt alone. I met really great local and international people and we went out to the Old bazaar and we tried traditional food and drinks. The hostel itself is very cozy and clean and the staff is very nice and friendly, they are very welcoming and smiling all the time. I am highly recommending this hostel to anyone who wants to have fun and to spend an amazing time in Skopje.

The very best hostel for solo travelers

This is a cute little hostel in a pretty central location, about a 10 minute walk from the main square and about a 15 minute walk from the bus station. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff were all helpful!

Highly Recommended

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us advices regarding local restaurants, bus tickets and bus timetables, excursions etc. The free walking tour they recommended was the best, we enjoyed it very much.
The location of the hostel is not very central, but it's still reachable from the city center within 10 minutes by foot.
The free breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was tasty and enough.
The WiFi was fast and worked reliably all the time.

The heating of our room worked very poorly. We had to choose between sleeping in cold or having the air conditioner switched on the whole night (which means a constant noise and unhealthy dust that normally comes with operating the AC). Once, the showers didn't have any warm water although it was only at about 9:30 pm.

Good for backpackers looking for a cheap place to stay

Friendly employees, immaculate bathrooms and dorms, modern feel and only a 5 min walk to the city centre and a 10 min walk to the bus station. Excellent value for money also. Would highly recommend !!!!

modern little hostel with great atmosphere

Very friendly staff - Small hostel (I actually had my own room - which was A/C double-glazed large and airy ) Terrace - is nice social space for relaxing (especially for smokers)  as is breakfast-bar-reception area.  (If you take the airport shuttle - Get off at the Holiday Inn - (The Bus/Railway Station stop is under a bridge and not very savory especially late at night)

Ideal for the single traveller 5-10 minutes from the centre

Really superb hostel on all accounts.  Well-located in a quiet street only 10 minutes from the centre of town, only 15 minutes from the bus and railway station and only 5 minutes from a range of food stores.  Place is small enough to feel like a home with 5 or 6 bedrooms adjacent to the common room, kitchen and bathrooms.  Common room is welcoming and relaxing and a great place to meet and interact with fellow travellers.  The hosts are fantastic, overseeing operations and assisting with your stay, sightseeing, travel plans and finding places to shop or eat and drink.  They lay on a free breakfast each morning - just help yourself (bread, cereals, spreads, meats, fruit, coffee, juice, etc.) - and run events every evening (free rakia, free popcorn, free dinner, etc.).  Feels secure (access, lockers, etc.) and generally a "Happy Place".  One of the best "all round" hostels I have had pleasure to stay at.
