The rooms were clean.Stuff is very friendly. Good restaurant. It is very easy to reach the main city attractions in minutes from there. If you do not care for luxury, only a place to sleep, cheap but secure, here you are.

“Good price and great location

First the plusses, it is cheap for Skopje, and very close to the centre. 
The minuses - rooms are small, there is no heating (night temparatures in September can reach 5 degrees) Bathroom has some defects - when flushing the water gushes from below the toilet and wets your feet, the shower has to be held in the hand as there is no bar or hook to attach it to. Windows don't close and immediately next to the hotel (1 meter next to it) construction work is going on, so day time snoozes are out of the question. Nights are loud so bring ear plugs.
Staff are friendly, but lack language skills - especially when you want to point out something. 
p.s. the so-called garden,sun garden, play area consists of 25 square metres of grass, next to the builing site. Some people sit there to have a smoke, or hang laundry, but for the rest it is useless.

Loud and chilly

Hotel is good as compared to other places in the city. Services and facilities were good. Clean, air-conditioned, comfortable rooms well-appointed with almost all the modern amenities, surprised me a little. One of the best thing I found about the place, was the location, everything was only at 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, I enjoyed being at this place.

Calm and Cool Place

This place is terrible. The room was not clean, it was very noisy, the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned, so much so that i didn't even want to get in the shower AND they overcharge. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say and would avoid this place at all costs. 

Disgusting 

I stayed on the first floor room but got ants marching around from the small holes near the bathroom door. There was no sign of ants around on the hallway nor the first day use of the room. At night, I found some ants in the bathroom and then found a long ant line crossing the room to near my bed. Ants already walking on my trouser, towels, bags. That was so disgusting!!! I had to wash my bag assp at the bathroom. The hotel clerks were nice and friendly but the ants are... well, they really need to do something with such a nightmare happens around while there is a construction going on next to the hotel. Ants might be looking for the new spot for migration.
