The hotel has nice rooms, is well equipped and clean, breakfast was okay although not very abundant. The spa area is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far away from downtown, you need to walk for 40 minutes to get there. Hotel lobby is quite nice, bar is OK. Meeting rooms are very comfortable. Staff was polite.

Good hotel without any spectacular feature, a little far from downtown

A very nice, clean and cozy hotel. Don't have too much expectations from the fact that it is considered a luxurious one, because it simply isn't. But, if you're looking for a very decent and nice hotel which will suit your basic needs, then this is the right place for you! All recommendations!

Great hotel

Hotel was quiet. Rooms are big enough. People at reception were polite, but this is not five star hotel. Room amenities  were cheap. We found hair in bathroom. 
Breakfast was poor . Woman at breakfast restaurant was rude only because we asked her where is the restroom.

Excellent new rooms. Profesional and polide staff. Wonderful loby with great snacks and cold drinks. Fast conection to the centar of the town. You have to visit if you are in Skopje.profesional and cozy gym with high level equipment

Great five star hotel

Easily one of the best hotel I ve visited so far.
Extremely friendly staff, cleanliness rated perfect 10, big and tidy rooms and ofc the amazing food, from breakfast to dinner you can ask for whatever you want.
Worth the price. 

Couple room

Luxury as its finest. The hotel's motto is 'luxury as its finest', but when we arrived there we were shoked by the service. I can't believe 5* hotels can treat their clients this way. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good rest. 
There are a lot of problems in their service:
- the light in the suites is working in quite strange way, one have to press the button 3 times in order to turn on the light in a bathroom 
- when we came the first time the sheets on bad had stains, there was some hair in a bath. There was no bath-plug in a bath, so we had to ask for one in a reception. No cutlery in the room, we had to ask for it as well
- when we came to the room,  there were some fruits on a table, but since then the fruits were never broght again in 5 days
- when we wanted to have a rest and placed a tablet 'do not disturb' by the room's door, the cleaning ladies were shouting one at another just behind our room
- we were told at the reception that a bar is closing at 21 o'clock, but when we came at 19 it was completely empty. That happened 2 times. 
- the waiters are just ignorant. When we came for a breakfast each time there was no breakfast menu at all, so we heard from waiters: 'what do you want?' and after that the waiters were bringing us some random dishes they had in a kitchen. The one serving on January 4 and 5 was very rude and arrogant. He brought 1 coffee when we asked for 2, forgot the half of our order. 
A huge disappointment, will never return to that place again.

I was last week in aconference and it was on the high level big conference hall and great service staff is friendly and the food was very nice spa is beautifoil with indoor pool sauna modern and big gym great massage free parking in the front and excellent wi fi connection

Excellent spa

I travel to Skopje on a yearly basis and stay for over a month. My wife is Macedonian and we visit her parents. When there, my life is very connected to the Aleksandar Palace. I do not stay in their rooms but join the gym and eat regularly at the Tennis Club. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. Special thanks to Dejan for always treating me like a king in the restaurant and also to Katrina and Robert in the gym. It doesn't get better than that.  I even had special requests for the restaurant and the operations manager assisted in ensuring those were followed. 
Friends that have stayed at the hotel say that the rooms are excellent. Great value for what is offered.  A great place to hang out when in Skopje.

Consistantly Excellent Service

This is the best accommodation we have had in Skopje, everything was simply perfect! It has all facilities we needed, lovely bar and restaurant, great spa, tennis courts and amazing indoor pool. It has very welcoming atmosphere the moment you eneter. The staff is super attentive and professional, the rooms and the lobby are very specious, nicely decorated and extra clean. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend it!

Amazing hotel, excellent service

I was in aleksandar palace hotel for adriatic security conference great congres halls for a maybe 700 people very friendly staff  there is a great lobby bar for cofee and drink restauraunt is on the high level and lunch was perfect recommend to visit lunch bar at the tenis courts
