Terrible hotel. We had at least 7 rooms, everyone with a problem. One of our party checked out and went elsewhere.  Dirty rooms, pillows, duvets all stained.  Air conditioning not working well, no hot water in all the rooms.  Manager argued with me about the hot water, wasn’t willing to believe me, even though one of the ladies on the front desk came to check and said it’s not working so call the manager!! Breakfast was poor.  Just cut up banana’s for fruit.  Very little option.  
Yea my room was big, but I’d rather sleep in a box as long as it’s clean and you have running hot water.  

Don’t be fooled by the photo’s of the outside and lobby!!!

Hotel is good if you dont want to sleep in their room. You can hear the loud music coming from wedding hall like you are in the there, even you are staying at upper floors. You must listen the music until 1 am.

Very low quality services, local guide give them  max stars probably from friendship! I stay for 2 nights here , rooms are indeed  big, balcony some,  nice wiew near water but  every noise from outside or from next room you can hear, they have very low quality personal:  indoor pool was closed,  cleaning is low,  breakfast was very poor, no vegetables, no fruits, only omletes,some tea, some cheese,  tables from restaurant very dirt, rooms walls  permit to hear every step from other rooms, comun spaces need renovation!  I dont recomand , high price for low services ! 

Disapointing

We booked a spa hotel because we wanted a spa. But no one bothered to tell as that the spa was under construction and couldnt be used. In the evening we wanted to have a dinner but the restaurant didint serve us. We went to have a breakfest at 8 am and there was nothing to drink, not even water. 
 
Reception lady was nice and the room was okay.

Disappointed

Definitely not deserving 4 stars. This is nice hotel but the service was bad. I was so excited to visit this hotel on the pictures looks fabulous,but when I arrived there I was disappointed. First they told me that the breakfast was in the price then when we arrived they told us to pay extra money for breakfast. The TV in the room wasn't working then we call the reception and told them they said they will fix it... They never did. Breakfast was very poor and the same thing everyday. The indoor pool isn't working and nowhere is wrriten that the pool is not working. There is  private beach for the guests of hotel and the sunbeds supposed to be free for the guests however we were charged for it. I wouldn't come back again. Not recommended.

At the beginning, when I read the reviews, I wasn't feeling very comfortable of the choice I made because I was going there with my family. But actually the hotel was very nice, food was good and the rooms were clean and quite spacious. We also used the indoor pool although it was a bit cold in there (date of the stay was 3rd of January). The staff was friendly and ready to help (not sure if they could speak English but they could speak Albanian which was quite enough for me and my family).

Very nice stay

Nice  location,nice seaview BUt worst hotel services,the food was bad,the cook counld not even cook a proper Spaghetti Carbonara,spaghetti was hard,not cook,no sauce.Breakfast was bad,not enough food for all guest,very late open than promise time for breakfast.

Worst Hotel service

Mirage Hotel has a beautiful location just across the lake. However, what spoilt this place is the design of some of the rooms. I had a very small bathroom. The shower can just manage to fit me. Being Asian with my small built, I already find it small. Furthermore there is no place to place your clothes or even the body shampoo. 

TV entertainment has some good English content. WIFI is good. 

The bed is hard which will suit some people. 

Breakfast is adequate & reasonable. There is large array of cheese & hams. 

Definitely not 4 star as rated. Probably the most a 3 star hotel. 


Very small bath room

Great location on the lake. Nice overall design. BUT a disaster room design: Small bathroom and VERY small shower, the smallest I have ever saw and tried to use. Reading lights for bed are an "afterthought", added later with switches at height of almost 2 meters!! Not even 1 towel hook in bathroom (except heater). Broken toilet paper holder. Food (both dinner and breakfast) average at most. The only good thing: very fast wifi in room.

Missed opportunity for a great hotel

The hotel has excellent location on thw shore of the ohrid lake with a beautiful view. The rooms are good, but not everything in the room is in  a good condition. In my room the hair dryer was broken with wires out of the wall. The staff is not professional and the service to the costumers needs huge improvement. The meeting rooms are actually huge wedding restaurants.Would not go there again.
