We are a family with small kids and we have tried all the possible options here: accommodation, foods and drinks, the zoo and the spa. Food is good (we opt for “a la cart” and hamburgers and both were really delicious! Breakfast is a good balanced buffet type. I don’t know how was in the past years but we really enjoyed the food during our stay. You can also try the dance court or try your voice in the karaoke corner; we enjoyed that while eating the evening food :) There are inside and outside corners for the kids. We have tried the Spa, which was the best part of the trip. There are places for small kids (like ours) but there are also stuff for bigger ones. Sauna and steam room are also very well maintained. We have also walked into the zoo, which is right next to the place (see the separate comment of the Kitee zoo) The accommodation was clean and warm! There is not a luxury place but I guarantee that you will not be disappointed and your kids will not get bored at all!
