Liked very much all. Second floor restautant Bistro Ukko very nice. Walking distance to every where. Close to skiing centre. Nice view from second floor. Room was clean and quiet big. We will come back definetly. 

Surprisingly spacy rooms! The entrance code worked well. The room had a fridge, a kettle and instant coffee and milk plus tea bags. Towels included so all basic needs covered.

There is a restaurant attached right at the hotel and many others nearby within a hundred metres. 

I can only tell of their summer as I've not been there in winter. So keep this in your mind.

The location is great. By the lake, really close to the little there is around here. Affordable price, friendly, cosy and helpful staff (not too many of them as summer is not the high season). What they may miss with number of staff they well make it up with the kind and helpful attitude that feels like person-to-person service.

The rooms are rather recently fixed, yet no air-conditioning so in summer the rooms may be warm. At the times I've been here not so much mosquitos have been around but there may be plenty of them so keeping the balcony door open for night may not be the wisest of ideas. Instead you may want to skip the fancy 2-story rooms in upstairs in summer and opt for the ground floor rooms.

The food in here is worth trying. Breakfast is nothing special, but is of decent quality and keeps you going well for enough hours.

Summer review: basic done well

Nice

The hotel was renovated lately, but very poorly. Bathroom floor was already ruined by the water, because when you take the shower, the water goes all around the bathroom before ends up to drain.

Furnishings…if You can call it Furnishings, looked like they wanted to keep it modern and simple, but the outcome was more like a half empty room. And the few piece of furnitures were placed so weird, not practically.

We were staying in basic twin room on the ground floor. I guess there was a duplex room above our room, because we heard kids and adults jumping and running around upstairs, talking, laughing and it sounded like they were running on the stairs all the time we were in our room between 7 AM and 22 PM. So annoying!!! No soundproofing at all.  If you build a duplex room with stairs, please build also good soundproofing!

There was no breakfast available and the restaurant menu was quite poor for vegetarian. I’m so sad, because Ukko restaurant used to had very excellent breakfast and few excellent a la carte dishes for vegetarian - e.g. the most perfect vegetarian hamburger. I don’t normally like hamburgers, but that one used to be so delicious!

Only perfect things:
the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Hotel staff was extremely friendly. So when I'm giving only 2/5 for the service, I don't mean the hotel staff, but lack of services like no breakfast. Hotel staff gets 5/5 from me.

Hope I don’t have to stay there again.

Very poorly renovated, no breakfast, noisy neighbours

Room was average, bed was comfortable. Check in was done without the staff present at the time in reception. There are locks with number codes. Surrounding area is very nice for outdoor activities. Price was 75 euros for one night for two people in June.

Martini was warm. Also other things reminded that this place was average all in all. Nice atmosphere although so place worth visiting for. Golf and other recreational possibilities makes this restaurant a good place.
