Guests are required to make a prepayment immediately after making a reservation using the details provided in the welcome letter and send confirmation of payment to the cottage administrator.
No bookings will be accepted without final cleaning.
An extra bed or baby cot with a high chair is available for rent at a cost of EUR 25.00 per stay.
Pets are accepted upon special request in advance, at a cost of EUR 20.00 per day, maximum EUR 120.00 per stay.
A refundable deposit of EUR 250.00 is required for the cottage and is refundable within a week after check-out, when the house has been cleaned and the keys returned to the housekeeper.
Guests are required to email a copy of their ID or passport and a list of guests' full names with dates of birth and passport numbers to confirm the reservation regarding the booking.
