This is not a chain hotel, indeed not a hotel in any normal sense - its a family home where the hosts welcome one in to stay. If you want a standard dull experience, with multilingual staff, bar, facilities then there is an IBIS 10km away, but you'll miss out on meeting a wonderful couple and staying in there cottage with a garden. The garden is set out in a couple of higeldy pigeldy areas - highlights include the procession of watering cans, bright pained furniture and abundant planting. As noted by other review the couple are French and speak French. Embrace this and brush of the little of the language you remember and its fine. Breakfast was a good spread, with homemade conserves, bread, croissant etc.
