Central location in the city: close to everything. Room (number 1) spacious and quiet even though it is on the street front. Nice littering. No room separation from shower/toilet: not very intimate... horribly noisy sanitiser. Works timelessly day and night. Dangerous access to the room: huge staircase (25 steps?), extremely steep, in the dark, with automatic lighting that only lights up when you reach the last steps! Fall strongly discouraged under penalty of death... The reception (absent) is done at the restaurant that has nothing to do with the hotel parking.

Good and good at least

The apartment on the third floor without an elevator has a blind room, but the bathroom is on the first day, so that you don't have to carry heavy luggage or have trouble getting around.

This auberge has a superb location, only minutes from Napoleon’s house or the restaurants on the harbor – and the rooms aren’t bad: mine had an excellent modern bathroom and a tiny balcony, most of it occupied by machinery. The lumpy mattress was OK for sleeping.
But there is a big problem: the steep dirty and poorly lit staircase you have to climb to get to the rooms. If you have a mobility problem or much baggage, this isn’t the place for you. Also, it isn’t a hotel: no reception desk or office, no breakfast (though there’s a restaurant downstairs). Also, the room door is very hard to lock as you leave. All in all, it’s like a low-scale Air Bnb, and thus very much overpriced.

Think before you book

The rooms are well sized and new and clean with basic amenities.  No traditional check in desk and sometimes hard to find someone for help, this is really more for independent travelers who are okay with doing some pretty steep stairs on the way to their room.  That being said, the location couldn't be better if you want to be in the center of town.  Short walk to beach, all the restaurants, shopping, etc.

It's worth saying when the service and the dishes are good! Real fresh products Cheese Corses Pizza to fall! An extraordinary wine (Pumonte) Great neighborhood 2 passes at home to validate our first impression It's good!!!!!

It's a great restaurant.

The staff were quiet and friendly. The night was super - comfortable bed, nickel bathroom, friendly room - but nice little: we were two and there was only one cup for coffee. For the rest, it was nickel if you don't mind stairs;)

Three good price ratio

In Ajaccio for 2 days we wanted a hotel in the city centre so we could visit, walk and leave the car. We left it in the parking lot of the port at 300m. Counter 15/17€ for 24h because very difficult to find a place in the street and around it This hotel is perfectly well located, the design room, clean and in zen tones, TV, Wifi, coffee machine, convenient and modern bathroom, excellent bedding. Very clean. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious, at a correct price for the dishes very very well prepared. Very nice and friendly home. I recommend it to the closed rooms because it is perfect for an excellent quality ratio. Attention not suitable for the staircase we will return with great pleasure.

That's great!

We stayed for one night in the center of Ajaccio, the room was fabulous, with modern and elegant furnishings, the bathroom was spectacular, we didn't enjoy breakfast, the price was slightly high, but considering the average location and the size of the room we can afford it!
