When we arrived, we were introduced to a first room, which at first seemed right. Once the luggage was laid down, we noticed a lot of dirt on the bed sheets. When we opened the sheets, there was a nest of dead and living bugs in it. We asked to change rooms, the same problem in that second room: a lot of bugs behind curtains, at the ceiling, and under the furniture... We were introduced to a third room, which was also very dirty at first glance. It was impossible to sleep in such unsanitary rooms. So we decided to leave this hotel which way we had to spend the weekend to discover the Christmas markets in the school.

Booking made on 26 November for 16 December, and here I get a booking message like how the hotel had made an overbooking 3 days before departure, and so that our booking was cancelled (by your care)!!!  Why wait so long to inform the customer?!? I'm angry you almost wasted our weekend, because all the hotels in our budget were complete. Fortunately we went through booking, who found us a solution quickly and takes charge of the difference in another hotel. You're not really serious. One thing is for sure I would never book you again!

On the occasion of our wedding, we booked 2 nights in this establishment because a group offer was made (at the usual rate after checking) and we arrived at around 6:30 p.m. and were immediately disappointed by the bungalow that had been granted to us: no double bed as requested, dirt, insects, aging equipment... so the gentleman asked us to visit a second bungalow, the same finding and the absence of some other bad alternatives offered by the same staff.

It's awful!

We stayed overnight, it was very quiet, the breakfast was very tasty, the staff was great, the hotel was great.

Guillaume (director) and Amadeo (operations) were exceptionally welcoming and kind. They were particularly flexible, understanding, listening to our requests, with a remarkable sense of service and hospitality. The hotel is very pleasant: recently renovated, the rooms are very comfortable, with good equipment, furnishings. We spent a WE in the family. The food was fresh, varied, excellent. The service was particularly well taken care of, all the staff were very attentive. The common areas (lounge, dining room) are very warm, cozy, comfortable. We fixed the baby's table, and found the resting room. We could enjoy a relaxing and comfortable outdoor session.

It's a great stay.

When we arrive we are told that in the rooms there is no wifi and that there is a TV but we have to look for our room, which is clean and has been recently renovated with approximate finishes. He tells me that it will work in the next few days and I tell him that I've read the reviews and he answered a criticism saying that caitez will walk in a few days already several months ago and that the minimum caitez would have been to warn us before our reservation. Hello, I'm a little disappointed to see that the person was not refunded the amount while the government is closing the holiday centers. I think it's not logical from Belambra...I was a little disappointed because I wanted to book at your house for the first time!

Disappointed with the non-reimbursement of a prsonne you wish to book at BELAMBRA

We waited for the government announcements regarding the Covid crisis to make our reservation so we cancelled a stay at this club on May 23rd. On June 8th or 15 days later, Belambra cancels our stay without the possibility of a refund!! As a result, not having the means to make another reservation we will not go on holiday this year.. Thank you.

Scammers

Modest-sized quiet club with breathtaking views of the mountains. Animations and the children's club are ideal for taking care of small and large children. Friendly and family atmosphere very much appreciated. Wine route, castles, charm villages, Monkey Valley, Cigoland for the little ones... Only the accommodation would require refreshment but comfort is minimal. Attention to those who are hyper connected because you do not catch perched up there and no TV in the accommodation. Jy returns every summer for 4 years: secondary type house;)
