️Attention ️ booking in Alençon! Alencimmo! To avoid! Unhealthy, dirty, noisy, unattended! Customer booking service not listening at all!! A shame!!! I've learned other very unfortunate information!!! we've just made a stay in Alençon through booking.com It's a disaster....they are hosting establishments that exceed the limit of the agreement. We selected Alencimmo. On the site the photos were excellent, the comments were encouraging, but at the time of booking it was a story.

Hello, we just made a visit to Alençon via booking.com It's a disaster....they host establishments that exceed the boundary of understanding. We selected Alencimmo. On the site the photos were excellent, the comments encouraging, but on arrival it was another story. Nobody to make the status of the places on arrival no more than on departure... On the site it was stated that payment could be made by bank, on departure we were told to deposit in the mailbox, on departure, the association and a check or cash but there was no possibility to pay by bank card for the bill... We learned that this place was not occupied by persons who were not in contact with the booking... We learned that this place could not be taken back by a prostitute, and we found that there was no chance to make a return without a card for the bill...

Shame on you

Accommodation located about ten minutes' walk from the city centre of Alençon, building with several rooms-apartments with elevator. It is not the great comfort or luxury but for the price, and for one night, it is passable for a pass. Keys are collected in a keybox and the money is left in cash in a mailbox.

Hotel located in a small street. Room with a view of the roofs. Nice and commercial home (parking charged for one night instead of 4). Hotel near the city center easy to access on foot. Simple but sufficient room. This hotel seems to serve mainly as a furnished rental. No noise problem at night. Lack of a little dishes (we only had two glasses) and a salad dressing and a lid would be more in terms of kitchen equipment! Cleanliness, kitchenette and sanitary room ok- bedding ok - enough closets.

Stay in Alençon

This is more of a building with furnished rooms than a real hotel. For example, there is no reception. You have to call a number when you arrive, then you will be admitted. This worked well, and the lady was very friendly. The house is very bright. There are many people coming in and out who probably live here longer. We had a rather large room with a small bedroom (in which there was a bed and a fitting dressing room) and a separate living room, plus a kitchen counter. When you use the kitchen, you have to wash and take away the trash yourself. Very uncomfortable that the kids couldn't be assembled and driven away constantly. There was a garage under our locker since we could park.

Cheap and okay, but without any ambience.

Welcome, very kindly, room quite large and kitchen properly arranged... even if there are imperfections in the finishes, I'm satisfied overall.

Good for a room/kitchen

Apartment in very bad condition, (molds, rust, unsanitary dishes...) The walls sound like cardboard paste, we hear the neighbor urinating! to avoid absolutely unless you want to spend a bad evening I don't recommend especially

A coward

I stayed there for a few months We hear the neighbors and let's not talk about the bail scam!!!! We leave 2 months bail and find any little thing to keep half of it... HONTEUX Many students in the city are fooled.

You're a crook, you're a crook.

Following a breakdown in our vehicle, at 5:45 p.m., we called the hotel directly to cancel the reservation we had made on a site. We asked if the cancellation fee planned on the site would be deducted (the price of the room!!!), we were told no. We confirmed this cancellation by email. What a surprise that the 55€ were charged that day. We remind the hotel owner: no scruples about the collection, it is the terms of the site. This hotel is dishonest and disrespectful to its guests.

Basic room with cooking facilities and bathroom. Very clean, exceptionally helpful and friendly receptionist. Close to city centre and restaurants, though in a quiet side street.
Under cover parking available for a small extra charge (this needs to be booked in advance)
