This immaculate home is a labour of love for its owners. Every detail has been thought through and the result of this care and attention is a peaceful and relaxing sanctuary that you won’t want to leave. We have just spent four nights here and loved every minute. The breakfast is delicious and includes homemade jams, yoghurts, crepes etc. The hosts of the property are wonderful and always on hand to help with anything if needed. Whilst they don’t speak much English and our French is basic to say the least, we managed to get by and communicate! You will definitely not regret the peaceful days you spend here. The pool area is stunning! 

Beautiful home in the hills 

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days before going to a wedding in Antibes. We found it easy to find thanks to google maps/Sat Nav and loved its location - it's in a sleepy little village with some of the best restaurants in the region a short drive away. When we arrived Françoise was there to greet us and gave us a choice of room as they were not full, she was so friendly, knowledgeable about the area and where we should eat and really happy to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is pristine, I really liked the decor too and a little terrace we had adjoining our room. The pool is great and the view over the hills is amazing. Breakfast was cooked to order by Françoise each day, we had pancakes, fruit, pastries and tea and coffee with fresh juices - exactly what was needed. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and really hope to be able to go back next year. Heaven!

Absolutely beautiful! Friendly service and great location 

We spent 3 nights early August. Fantastic stay, highly relaxing and Francoise made sure we enjoyed every moment. Despite the hot weather, we slept well as our room had air conditioning. We were so impressed, we will be going back next year.

The best stay to end our French holidays

This is a very special place ..... In the heart of the countryside yet near to Moustiers, St Croix, the Gorge du Verdon - quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Exquisite decor of greys and taupes, limestone floors, rain showers, stone basins - even the cat matches! Spacious, comfortable rooms - just perfect. Beautiful terrace where breakfast can be eaten and a lovely pool and surrounding area with loungers and parasols. Heavenly! 
Francoise clearly loves being the hostess and she exudes enthusiasm, energy and her genuine desire for her guests to be 'at home' in her home. She is knowledgeable about the area with excellent recommendations for restaurants and visits. Drinks are available which is a very nice touch - and breakfast with freshly made juices, omelettes and crepes in addition to fruit, meats, cheeses, pastries, homemade yogurts, breads, waffles  and cakes is outstanding. I can't recommend this place highly enough - my only regret is that we only stayed two nights!

A stunning place to stay

...form the moment we arrived and were greeted by Francoise until we left. While located in a remoter location, it is very easy to explore the Gorge du Verdon area from here and Francoise was very helpful in suggesting things to do as well as excellent local places to eat.

The breakfasts gave the day a great start with a selection of cold items and eggs or crepes. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped; the public areas are delightful.

Truly a wonderful place to stay and two nights were not enough!
