Well, it obviously doesnt, but this place comes very near to being absolutely perfect. Mostly credit has to go to Isidre, the owner, manager, host and chef. 

Stayed two nights in the middle of cold January, and not only was it warm and cosy (with plenty of bedding, towels etc), but the owner goes the extra step from making sure you dont scratch your car when entering the narrow entrance, to carrying heavy bags upstairs, to giving our little boy extra bedding and food (without charging). The place is renovated to very high standards. Although internet is only available in the common salon (which is very homely too, feeling more like your living room, than a hotel), this is too be expected due to the thick granite stone walls.

He is currently in the process of selling this gem of a hotel, so lets hope the new owner can replicate the fantastic hospitality, clean and tidy rooms, awesome breakfast and fantastic service. Hope we have a chance to stay again, before Isidre is onto his next project!

A serene atmosphere in this well-decorated house, with stone walls, a comfortable living room and a room with arrow and billiard playing.

A warm house of lodging

We arrived at this guest house which was a real heart attack a feeling of serenity, peace and calm. The host Isidore welcomed us as members of his family, with our little care, listening, with incredible kindness thanks to him we had the chance to share a moment in the natural environment, he took us to visit this small village rich in energy, we had the privilege of seeing the cows and feeding the horses. The rooms are typical and pleasant (stone wall, timber), very comfortable bed, seen on the mountain. You will also find a beautiful pool room as well as a pool room, jacuzzi. An extraordinary day when we leave with Caroline. We are very happy and thankful to you. We are still remembering and loving you.

Ressourcing

We had booked an apartment by air bnb in targasonne but what was our surprise when we arrived and found that we had no reservation, nor could we contact the person...a disaster. We took a tour of the area but there was no availability in any hotel or hostel, until we arrived at the Genciana Groga. The treatment was excellent. Isidre as soon as we told him our situation suited us a room, which made it possible not to have to change our stay the next day. We helped with the cancellation of air bnb fiasco. And his wife a charm. Both super attentive. The breakfasts were fantastic. Good quality embroidery, very natural juice, boiler room... very comfortable and quiet rooms. We are grateful but treated by the Isidras.

Treatment is excellent.

Old building renovated with a lot of taste, nice suite under the very well equipped roofs, excellent bedding, and exceptional hospitality from Isidre......Absolutely quiet, breakfast tailored, excellent, but from 8:30.....We had never known a guest room of this quality, nor in such a decor....The kindness of Isidre makes us pass on the small weak points, which did not bother us: small parking, many stairs in the house, and no way to dine, so to arrange a restaurant elsewhere in the evening, we went to Font-Romeu, but there are excellent ones in Puigcerda too....

Excellent location and very quiet and very good treatment by Isidre is for all the details of the clients and advises you on places to visit... I recommend it.. get very happy with the treatment received.

Still a little embarrassing to give a negative review when the boss is kind but it's not enough to say sorry for him, I think it's not for this business We had chosen this accommodation because the house website indicated the possibility of having dinner on reservation with nice photos at the key Unfortunately this was not the case the cook has been gone for months but he forgot to say what a disappointment the establishment calls luxury accommodation we are far away from it Lesser lunch is much smaller than what we have in an IBIS farm can find a hot place with water no other choice, every day the hot kiwi fruit, the same grilled bread of summer, a medium-sized crust in the kitchen, then it is not possible to confess to the same, but it's not as pleasant as the kitchen, but it's not a nice room in the kitchen, and it's not a nice room in the kitchen.

False Advertising Attention

Imagine a small, cozy, wooden hotel, charming with everything you could wish for, spectacular breakfast with the best of care and very personal treatments, exquisite decor and makes you feel a peace of mind unmatched....because I'm still short, you just have to try it and you'll realize that it seems impossible for places like this to exist.

It's better than nothing.

Restored house within a small village. Beautifully decorated rooms. Feels like a boutique hotel.  We stayed for a few days and explored the area. 
Parking for a few cars only at the property.
A choice of savoury or sweet breakfast. We went for the sweet and were not  disappointed. The  owner very attentive to his guests.

That has been for us our stay,.....a remnant of peace.A small town in the French Pyrenees, but a short distance from Puigcerdà and with a good road to reach; a small but really charming country house; an exquisitely cared for decoration to the last detail in the whole house; clean facilities; a quality breakfast and above all.....the serviced care of Isidro y Montse, its officials.The room that corresponded to us was really a disconnect from the stress that brings the city.To highlight the rustic decoration, all wood, which contrasts with modern details, such as the spirit.A silence that doles and guarantees a good rest.In addition, the house has activities that also allow you to enjoy the sauna.The reading room, the cultural enclave, the jacuzzi, etc. Encourages you to make sure that you find a very sauna-excursion halls that offer a great experience.
