We feel that we have been totally mislead with this property, we paid a premium price for the one night, and did not get what we paid for.

The host did not return my wife's call regarding the wi-fi not working, so we had not internet for our stay.

Our issues:
- Property was not what we expected as it was barricaded with temporary fencing due to the building being renovated, we didn't even think we could get into the place as it was a construction zone, it even had a crane set up near the front door!!
- Wi fi did not work. Host was notified but problem was not rectified.
- Our view from our balcony was obstructed by scaffolding
- We didn't receive entry instructions via email, it was only when I downloaded the booking.com app did I find the information.
- There was an industrial power board in the entry hallway and a power cord running from the front door to the 1st floor near our entry
- We called you 4 times between 4:39 and 5:08 with no answer, on the 5th time at 5:21 you answered and we advised the host of our issues with the property. She phoned us back advising us there were no alternatives.
- Front door to the apartment looks like its been broken into, door handle is loose and feels like it's going to fall out of the door.
- Kitchen tap (flick mixer) is badly installed, moves around and looks as though itss been added as an after thought
- Skirting boards falling off wall
- Flooring "gappy" and looks like its been done quickly and cheaply.
- Curtains have holes in them, they are block out curtains but they let beams of light in through the holes.

Feel totally ripped off!

For those of us who love old stones and unusual accommodation, the Lodge, small apartment with mezzanine, junior suite style, has much more. Of course, this is a private rent, which has nothing to do with the standing of the hotels. But that's exactly what makes the charm of this kind of place. No worries on arrival, exchanges of emails contained all the necessary details and everything went very well. The location is incredible, in the heart of the medieval city, with views of the Thiou Canal, the Isle, the terraces, and the small cliff-top kitchen.

A charming stay

We stayed 2 nights in the LODGE. We were very disappointed about the price. I made the reservation via booking and the feedback was very good but for us it was very disappointing. First of all, I had received an email signed by the owner saying that I was going to get the information to access the apartment the afternoon of our arrival (we only had the address). We arrived at the apartment at 5 pm, still no email, so I try to call the number indicated in the email, so no response... I just write an email but it doesn't send because the box here is full... So we wait for the price in front of the table, under the rain and in the cold with all our business (we didn't have the address) with a lot of disappointment, and I'm still getting the information in the front of the main room, but it's very nice, but it's very nice.

Big disappointment

Three nice apartments nice decoration good place damage cleanliness concerns overall lack of the dishes (3 plates served for 4) kitchen utensils (passenger, large pot, flat...) no hotte we are quickly smoking, no lights to cook or see the dishes curtains that do not close enough for privacy, no top in the bathroom when we are friends a window in the room that gives in the stairs of the light regularly so the bathroom is very large but not when you shower to get your hair wet) there is water blowing in front of the basins the bed is always late at night and not to finish the night but the music of the neighbors with the 4 a.m.

The apartment is beautifully designed but not practical

First of all, there is no reception in this apartment (and as no one is available...) and you have the number of a certain Ludivine, which you have at your full disposal, even though she doesn't answer any calls, texts, or emails. So don't have any major problem! First of all, there is no wifi reception in this apartment (and as no one is reachable...). The dish has traces in the bottom of the glasses, the body was your town, dust and stagnation in the coats, the hand of the front door of the terrace is very fragile (we couldn't intervene in the bathroom because the door was uncool and we didn't break the frost), then the coffee table is undetectable (and we can't even see the coffee table) and the bathroom is very nice.

Very disappointing.

As the name suggests, it's a unique place! It was for a surprise birthday weekend and we stayed in the dolce apartment, a wonderful balcony with a view of the tiou and a very pleasant bathtub! The decoration is very tasty! The location is ideal and the services of Isabelle the perfect maid! She allowed us to leave our luggage in the room to enjoy our last hours at Annecy! A unique place that I highly recommend for a romantic getaway!

It's a unique place

It's a beautiful night at the Dolce, a beautiful location in the heart of the old town of Annecy, it may be a little noisy, but it's all close by, a nice apartment with a seal, a terrace with a great view of the Thiou.

We just spent one night in a really nice, unique place right in the middle of the old Annecy right next to the Thiou. Very clean accommodation. Possibility to order the little dej, delivered in a basket. Beautiful originality. We highly recommend it.

A quiet and unusual place

We stayed at the Lodge one night. First of all, we had sent an email via the unlieuunique.com website. No response. So we called the owner who told us that she was saying that she had a problem with her mailbox (in the middle of summer!). She asked us to text her with all our contact details. No response. On the day j, still nothing. I called her and she texted me the access codes. Regarding the room, it had been done but the toilets were sincerely messy (hair, traces, etc.) and spider canvases were burning.

To be largely avoided

There's cheating on the merchandise. It's nothing like a luxury hotel (for 160 euros a night you're otherwise drunk...), or a charming place. Sure, the dolce is ideally placed and the deco is nice even if a little defraichie. But: A broken refrigerator (no one answers when we signal the pb) Sponges and dirty dish towels (That's how the dish was made... beurk) A single small spoon A nespresso machine with cheap capsules... to avoid.
