Well received quiet and resting meal quite right a good quality price ratio very friendly guests ask more than the hotel's outskirts its superb Arnac Pompadour is a very beautiful village

An Unusual Step

A large room with a good Dodo couch, a good ceiling height and therefore a large window to accelerate the ventilation and cooling of the night temperature.

Very good lunch/generous Perfect for a free stop on Pompadour Parking just below: perfect for unloading your suitcases. All the amenities needed for the reception of a baby (high chair...)

It's a very nice hostel.

After a first meal we enjoyed a few months ago, we were disappointed by this meal of July 14, 2021. A single menu at 23 € with always the eternal tomato salad, lardons, ginger, lunch dish, the never-ending duck jam and lunch dessert. On the card side, entries are salads declined in various non-original compositions or beef carpaccio (very good) in 3 different versions.

Disappointment with the new formula

A pleasant traditional setting, perfect, professional and welcoming guests, a newly built perfectly clean and comfortable room and quality room service (dinner and breakfast) which does not spoil a parking space on site.

A very pleasant stay

On 16 August we attended the Cabaret Equestre de Pompadour (excellent to see), we had lunch and stayed at the Marquise's Inn. Wonderful times in this authentic place whose owners have managed to preserve the charm. Excellent lunch, for unbeatable prices. Very friendly reception. No endless waiting. A pro service in a wonderful retro setting. The breakfast the next morning was plentiful, diverse and very studied. If you liked the authenticity, history and human contact, the Marquise's Inn is for you. I highly recommend this hotel, as much as the restaurant.

An Unforgettable Stay

One night in this old post office relay to attend an evening on Pompadour.....field frame, quiet, 10 minutes walk from the various points of interest (chateau, haras, hippodrome) large clean rooms, well restored, with the charm of old houses excellent breakfast on the French side restoration, lunch taken on the large shaded terrace is a good time: you feel at home, and for 13 euros the choice of buffets (entries and desserts) is very varied and the main dish served at the table well cooked excellent stay, excellent price ratio, the smile in addition to lovers of standardised establishments, go your way!

It's a must on Pompadour.

On booking we had a great evening around a very well-presented meal from the entrance to the dessert and above all very well cooked.

warm welcome, excellent dinner

The rooms are divided into 2 floors, the second one is accessed by a steep rotating staircase. The room is quite large (20m2 approximately) with functional furniture allowing you to work comfortably on a desk with a portable device. The Wifi is excellent (8mbps) and stable. The well-located hotel is quiet, a parking space reserved per room in the hotel's courtyard.

Good address

After making a reservation, we arrive at 12:20 p.m., we take the off-peak, and after 3/4 hours... finally the dish arrives. Almost raw beef brooch and cold, fried and cold potatoes, and I leave 3/4 of them, and the waitress explains to us, that we serve the sensible people first to go to work. Cheese stays 3 servings. In the meantime, desserts have been looted, and only those left are the ones that the previous customers have spoiled. This was not the first time I went there, but it will be the last. If you are a regular passenger, you will not be considered as the other customers who are the backbone of the business.
