We came camping here for 2 weeks during our Summer holidays, and it was brilliant! Stunning location as well! We had a lovely spot to pitch our tent in with lots of space. There were lots of things to do: a little pool, a play park for children, tree houses, a restaurant, free use of lots of really fun trikes and at the other end of the campsite, a long river surrounded by trees that you can go paddling and swimming in. Did not want to leave and highly recommend it! 

Also, the owners were really friendly, kind and helpful. They showed us around and were always smiling and making conservation. Also got to practise my French! :)

Perfect stay, beautiful location, lots of things to do...!

We stayed for just one night at this lovely 17th century country inn on our way from Barcelona to Paris.  Our room was in the main house and was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable.  The grounds are amazing with all kinds of activities and things to do for children.  The kids were all obviously having a fantastic time.  We enjoyed the 'table d'hote" served family-style under an outdoor canopy and the generous breakfast served in the dining room.  It looks like there are lots of things to do in the surrounding area and we wished we could have stayed longer to explore.  All in all a great authentic French country experience.

Country living with fresh air great owners and a super eatery down the road. Our visit in Sept. was to a very quite relaxing place. A GPS system will help you to this hotel via a nice country drive. Nice to have a hotel with no road traffic...just peace and quite

A HIDDEN JEM

A wonderful campsite in a stunning location where the kids can run wild and the adults can relax with a good book and a glass of wine.
The freedom to pitch up where you like and enjoy the site with like-minded families was a new experience for us virgin campers but it didn't disappoint.
We loved swimming in the river at the bottom of the site, riding the rapids in a kayak adventure at Aqua Canoe, wake boarding at the Natural Wake Park and enjoying home- cooked French fare back on site around a communal outdoor table. Private bathrooms was a real bonus too.
This is a fantastic campsite in a beautiful, sun flower drenched area of France and we are already planning a return visit. 
PS An easy drive down from St Malo with a great stop off at Le Mans for go-karting (boys aged 9 and 10). Overnighted at lovely chateau in Salbris called Domaine De Valaudran, which is on the motorway and has a pool.

Kids cried when we left!

We stayed in one of the Safari Tents nearest to the river.
All in all this is a fantastic camp site and we had a lovely time. An absolute haven for kids with our two children (five and seven) spending up to 3 hours a day in the river which was completely safe. We bought a dinghy locally and I'd definitely recommend taking one if you have one. Lots of other people were fishing - not really my thing but looked fun!
The tent was comfortable and we had a 'private bathroom' which was located about 100 yards from the tent.
We barely left the site during our stay and had a lovely time.
Highly recommended.
