It would be nice to prevent customers from getting earplugs so that they do not have to be woken up at 6am every day by the heavy traffic on the road that is stuck to the campsite. Not very restful and very very annoying to not have known before about this very busy road that is stuck to the campsite and that prevents all rest in the morning.

Think of the earplugs!!!!!

I'm currently in therapy at Ax les Thermes, and I moved in as every year, to the campsite La Marmotte de Savignac les Ormeaux. I'm really disappointed with my stay, because the prices have exploded, and besides, we have constant work noise, knowing that this campsite is preparing to move to 5 stars and become a Camping Paradise.

There's a lot of noise because we're working on it.

The campsite is made up of large areas for tents, sanitary facilities are very clean and the location is ideal: in front of a bakery, an Intermarket and access to Ax-les-Thermes on foot!

Nice camping

Super mobile home. Complete equipment, spacious and super terrace. impeccable home. A dynamic team and small care. Camping for the family. Much of it occupied by year-round pensioners (retired people), so calm is king.... very clean sanitary facilities regularly cleaned. Little river a hundred meters behind the campsite (passing through the fields). Ideal for walking and swimming....Clear and cool water. Beautiful frame (the mountain on all sides) --A don't miss: the tourist train that connects the campsite to the center of Ax.

Mobilhome very clean, staff very attentive. We had a climate control system installed where it wasn't planned, frankly in the heat of the day it was very kind. As an anecdote, that day the climate controller locked my cat under the mobilhome. I realized about midnight and the staff didn't hesitate at this late hour to dismantle the facade and release my cat. I highly recommend very quiet and very pleasant camping

We just left the campsite! We had a great stay. The toilets are very clean there's really nothing to say! We have a location without too many trees so we were out there more sunny but it wasn't a problem for us!

I had to cancel a reservation I made over a month ago and I still haven't received the corresponding refund. I wrote them on May 11, May 17, having received no response, I called The Campsite and I was confirmed that my email had been received and was sent to the corresponding department. I asked to send me a written confirmation of receipt anyway. On the 18th, still having no written confirmation, I still requested an email, in a harsher and threatening tone. On the 19th, finally, I received an email asking me to wait at the mailbox, that I was seeing the refund as the payments to the foreign country had not received any problem with the refund then. I still have not received any refunds from the campsite, and I still have no confirmation of the fact that they are still being sent to me on the 19th of June.

Watch out, they're scammers

We've just spent 2 weeks for the 2nd year in a row, and this one was very disappointing, so we won't even return to it. Finally, we've been enjoying this campsite for several reasons mentioned elsewhere in other comments: namely - cleanliness of the campsite - sympathy of the residents: (many in this campsite) - proximity to the pass of the house - beautiful area. On the other hand, this summer 2020, the quality of the services is more than poor, so that we won't even return to it. Very bad.

We were looking for a Mobil home to rent for 2 nights only, and in the middle of the season it becomes very difficult, most of the campsites told us that they only rent on weekdays... Except... The marmot campsite 😉 A welcome to the top whether by phone or when we arrived, with a lady of very great kindness and who gave us a lot of good advice.
