We stayed one night at the Charretterie in the two guest rooms: very comfortable and extremely clean! Decoration of good taste and attention (little garden flowers!) like the reception of Me Prévost by the way! The previous remarks regarding the Lunch are quite correct, are quite surprising to me... In short, a pretty remains in a restful and bucolic setting (because we are in the countryside...) and a perfect reception, nothing to be said!

A warm welcome and a hostess of good advice for both the dining and the surprising places, the spacious room and its very refined decoration, generous breakfast, we regretted not being able to extend our stay as well, but we will return.

A magical place to recharge

Very nice Norman farm, neat, warm reception and good directions for dinner. The family room is perfect for 4. Very good breakfasts, including delicious Viennese food. A great starting point for a visit to northern Normandy and especially Dieppe. Go there without hesitation.

Warm welcome

Apart from the setting and the location, nothing more, the building is beautiful and well placed in the green countryside, not far from Dieppe. Apart from that, the owner/occupier are very bourgeois, so not natural and cold, only talk about them and their property, very egotistical all that... breakfast was not crazy, well here you go.

We stayed here because we were getting the ferry from Dieppe which was only 25/30 mins away. Given that it was for a 1 night stop over and I'd booked it in haste on a mobile on booking.com we were hugely relieved to find this jewel in the rural location amidst apple trees, hay rolls and cows! It was beautiful. Our family room was a lovely size, newly renovated very old part of the building. Great recommendation for dinner in Pourville and would really consider making a special stop over.

Lovely family stay

Our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) stayed overnight before taking the ferry home. It's 25 mins from the ferry port and sooo much better than staying in a chain hotel (and for us, not significantly more expensive). The house is a beautiful Normandy house set in the coutryside (make sure you have the directions before setting out) and the room we had was clean, fresh, modern and comfortable. Yes, we slept well! Be aware that (in the room that sleeps 4) the toilet and shower (downstairs) don't have a door between them and the spiral staircase to the bedroom (upstairs), but that wasn't a problem for us. 

Breakfast: What can I say? Homemade yoghurt, homemade jams, delightful chouquettes, a basket of various breads, local Neufchatel cheese, as well as cereals for those who prefer that. Perfect.

We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Normany welcome

Very nice place, very quiet, very decorated. Spacious room. Very welcoming hotels, good advice on places to visit and restaurants around for dinner.

It's a very nice place.

The gorgeous old Norman farmhouse is charming and very near to Dieppe ferry port.  The hostess is welcoming and kind and spoke very good English.  So it is with great regret that I say that it was probably the most uncomfortable night we have ever spent in a b&b.  The bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse.  However, with a new mattress and new pillows and fresh towels then this would be a lovely place to stay.  The poor quality wifi is probably not the fault of the hostess but the provider, it is in a fairly remote area in the country.

Beautiful farmhouse, very pleasant hostess but ….

As a small family we were spending the night here on our way from Amsterdam to Bretagne. Beautiful environment, friendly (english speakin) staff and lovely breakfast. We regret that we couldn't stay longer! Probably we'll stay here on our way back.

Fantastic

A lovely old Normandy farmhouse, beautifully decorated and appointed. Charming friendly hosts.
A very comfortable room and excellent breakfast, home made yoghourt and jams all beautifully presented. A good base to explore this lovely area and not expensive for the high standard of accommodation. We will definitely return.
