Nice and clean appartment, with friendly personnel and nice swimming pool. Good value for money. They have sent us some objects by mail that we forgot on our holiday. The breakfast is rather simple but the bread service is very practicle.

Nice appartment, good location

We arrived late as discussed during the afternoon with the hotel. But instead having the door open with the key inside, we had the door closed... with 3 small kids at night... it was not a good start. We called the urgency number and a lady came to open finally the door after two trials. The upper room was very hot with no fan... So quite difficult to enjoy the rest of the night. Finally the day of the departure, apart from the traditional apologies for the mistake, the hotel granted no special price or rebate...

Apartments are large, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is place, where you can have a meal or just chill on a fresh air. The swimming pool was large and kept in a good condition. 
Parking is provided next to the hotel behind lockable gate and the hotel itself is approx. 10 min walk from the sea. 
Would stay again.

Perfect for family holiday

Low quality, bad service, not even cheap in a not appealing area. The area is not ideal, to say the least for people having live close to the sea side, the service is "basic", even for french standards, 1 towel per room(!!!),the rooms poor, breakfast basic.

We are a family of five, with 3 children under 11.  The rooms had an upstairs attic, and a lounge/dining/kitchenette area downstairs.  There were 2 single beds upstairs, and 2 couches converted to single beds, and a rollaway stowed under one of these.  At night there was no floor space downstairs, but that was fine.  We enjoyed the balcony, and the kids loved the pool.  

The rooms were basic, and the hotel could do with a facelift soon.  Some parts were quite shabby and the hallways and bathrooms could do with a scrub.  You need to do a basic clean of the room before you leave, and they only provide ancient rags, so pack a cloth and a tea-towel if you are planning to use the kitchenette. 

It was very cheap on the scale of France, so we weren't too nitpicky.  We were also pleased to have a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, 10 minutes to cafes and a bakery.
