In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Additional cleaning services is possible at a surcharge. Please note guests are required to wear slippers on the wooden stairs. Guests must provide their own slippers. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please note that pets are only permitted in the Five-Bedroom House and the One-Bedroom House. Only one pet is permitted per house and the pet must weigh less than 12 kg. Please note that the one-bedroom house, the two bedroom-house and the three-bedroom house are located in the same building. A shared lounge, including a large kitchen, two large dining tables and a sitting area with wood burning stove can be accessed at a surcharge, but only for guests who book those 3 houses at the same time.
