We had a wonderful time. The guests are welcoming and warm. The rooms are lovely. The renovation of the building is amazing. Lunch is rich and delicious, beautifully presented. The site is too cute. We highly recommend it! 👍🏼

Le Château du Cros is an idyllic and exceptional place to spend a few days of relaxation and tranquility in the Languedoc-Rousillon.The owners are excellent hosts and make you feel at home.We were given excellent advice on the places to visit in the surroundings and were very successful, as we loved the area and will surely repeat it.The amazing breakfasts: homemade jams with freshly baked baguettes and croissants... Recommended 100%.No, we won't disappoint.I'd like to add that the decoration is fantastic, the owner is a restaurateur and the castle has been restored and decorated by her, which adds a plus!We will definitely return to the place.

I had booked a room in a castle to surprise my companion. The first surprise was that we can't get in until 4pm. Okay. From the castle we saw the stairs to the second floor and our room. Small. Okay. The decoration is very (too?) personal (family photos are everywhere), the dust and insects (non-picks) are probably medieval. The mattress is very thin and the warm water is very expensive. Breakfast is very good. A little for an experience at the end disappointing.

Beautiful chateau, pretty village, nothing too much trouble for the hosts.Yes, rather creaky floors, but with a building of this age is to be expected. Lovely garden, and interesting history. Lovely dining room - do pre book for evening meal.

So my dream came true! To live one day in the most authentic castle! I was able to touch the story so closely for the first time :) our family lived in a luxury. Stone walls, small windows, old furniture. In general all the attributes with the addition of, of course, modern things, such as a shower with toilet :) I'll tell you right away that there is no TV there. Yes, it's not needed! From the walls it's cold, that's why they give warm blankets and on demand they include heating. And what a beautiful backyard, we fell in love with it!!! remarkable owners who live and work in this castle. Stop, community family. Tomorrow, not everyone wants to go back to the family table, but, of course, it's so comfortable and comfortable for the family members to come back to it!

Completely preserved 12th century chateau, situated in calmness of a middle age village, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. Here, you get the real thing, with dim light of candles, fire place, small windows, wooden floors and fresh mountain air.
