This hotel is so beautiful with impeccable service and such beautiful rooms that, if I could, I would stay in this hotel for the rest of my life.
I recommend very strongly this wonderful hotel who it service is very good.

Top of best hotel in Bayonne, France

A truly fascinating hotel/Chambre d'hôte 
The rooms are large, comfortable and just perfect for families of 4, the patio is very charming and the breakfast area is like an art gallery.
The owner is an artist and it shows. Her own work, the work of her partner and colleagues is shown everywhere.
Although beautiful and interesting, I wasn't completely relaxed with having smallish children playing in the room or walking around in the breakfast area. 


Boutique style Chambre d'hôte 

The host was polite and the breakfast was well presented and filling.  However, the decorations were inappropriate (especially for a family) with numerous phallic symbols and breasts offered as "art".  The small room we were provided (which was remote from the main building) was a converted garage.  The toilet and shower were in the bedroom, separated by a curtain but offering no privacy.  The "free wi-fi" did not work in this room - we had to go to the main building.  And the wi-fi was turned off late in the evening, so no-one could use it.  Worst of all, the host operates a scam (presumably applied to selected guests) where she asks a guest to cancel a Booking.com booking when the guest arrives (she actually does the cancellation) in order to avoid the booking fee.  This is dishonest!

Boutique B&B - Not for Everyone

This B&B is more like an eccentric art installation. A truly unique and relaxing experience in an oasis of calm. Malagasy Baobab made from repurposed butane tank! Amazonian masks! Beret-wearing sheep! You need to see it to believe it. I recommend you have a car to access this B&B as it is 3km away from the main area of Bayonne, but totally worth it! The hosts are extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. We ate our breakfast every day on the terrace. The offerings included fresh bread and fruits and homemade yoghurt! No air conditioning, but even during the very hot month of July it wasn't really needed; the rooms are equipped with fans and stay cool anyway. Our room had a mini fridge which was nice. Rooms also equipped with coffee maker, kettle, wardrobe space, and other curiosities, such as a lamp with angels wings, feet and a devil's tail!

3km from central Bayonne, but worth it!

This is a most wonderful B&B.  I was surrounded by the most amazing and interesting art.  Catherine is a terrific host with whom I enjoyed many interesting conversations.  Breakfasts were great and the rooms comfortable and individual.  I would certainly return.

An ocean of beauty and calm

This B&B is a treasure and a jewel of a find, one we will long remember. First we were greeted by our charming host Catherine, who so graciously discusses all options for food and places to visit. The B&B is a museum of an amazing collection of art and wonderful artifacts, so cleverly and interestingly displayed. The rooms are immaculate and large, all containing a different color theme and decor. Bed was wonderfully comfortable, and also provided so much fascinating aesthetics. Breakfast was lovely with home made yogurt and baked goodies. The place is a jaw dropper, like nothing else. You will be happy you stayed here a treat.
