I can really recommend staying at this place. The welcome you get at reception is friendly and warm and professional. 
The rooms are not big but the terrace/balcony makes up for that and it is also very quiet. Our bed was of high quality and the air-conditioning worked very well, free of noise and/or smell.

Room service kept the place spotlessly clean - well for environmental reasons they could change the towels only when requested instead of the daily basis. Speaking of towels, we were offered to have our beach towels washed at the hotel - nice one!

We opted for the small breakfast version (Croissant, juice, coffee of your choice at € 5). You can also go for a big breakfast for € 10.

If you arrive by car I recommend to rent a space on the closed hotel parking as finding parking spaces in Beaulieu is not really for the feeble minded and also not always free of cost.

Great stay right from the start.

We spent 3 nights at Le Havre bleu from 26 to 28 June.  This is a centrally located hotel that punches way above its 2 star rating and we couldn’t have had a more pleasant stay in Beaulieu.  Our family of 4 adults stayed in 2 adjoining ground floor rooms with an individual patio each.  The rooms were sparkling clean, bright, airy and surprisingly quiet given the location.  The bathrooms were spacious and well designed.  The air conditioning was strong and we were very comfortable even at the peak of the heatwave. 
The filling breakfast was a steal at euro10 per person.
This is a family run hotel whose owners go out of their way to be helpful.  The service  was excellent. 

We highly recommend Le Havre bleu and look forward to future stays. 

Great hotel and fantastic stay 

A small but charming hotel. The lady is very helpful and kind. The room was small but very practical, good bathroom and with a nice patio. Good small breakfast. All reasonable priced. A real best place in the area. 

Very nice and comfortable

Great location but above all very clean comfortable rooms. The cleaners are spotless and rooms are comfortable with great aircon and bathrooms are like new!  The owners are always friendly (and on this occasion helped a lot with a different rental issue).  It really should be a 3 star.    Hope to return next year x

Super on all points and fabulous owner

There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. It is very cozy, rooms are very clean (cleaned everyday!), we had a working tv, towels, great breakfasts, very comfortable bed and great AC! The owners are super nice and helpful. It is located near to the beach and not far from the train station, therefore it's location is great. For the small money, you can get an amazing place to stay at!

This is a nice clean hotel but the rooms are built for small people. The bathroom and especially the shower is for even smaller people. Tiny shower. Room size 10m S.q.
Reception staff, very friendly and helpful.

Small Rooms

My wife and I stayed for six days  at Le Havre Bleu. Our  room was on the third floor at the back of the hotel and thus was quiet.  While the room was small we had a terrace which we found  very pleasant to sit out on, particularly in the evening. We had breakfast  each morning and  were pleased with the selection. The hotel is very central and Beaulieu is quite a small town, so getting around is easy. We visited the Rothschild house and gardens which is in Beaulieu  and is well worth visiting, particularly for garden lovers. Other visits to Eze and Menton were very pleasant. The train station is very close. This is a family run hotel and we found Katie the owner to be very pleasant and helpful.

Good points:
Lovely old house in the heart of Beaulieu, beautifully  renovated
Very clean

Bad points: evrything else
Booked double room with terrace. Terrace was ok but no way that room could fit 2 people, It was tiny and the shower room  was in a cupboard. It would have been ok as a small single.
No lift.
Had cappuccino  with croissants  for breakfast. THe cappuccino was  disgusting, any coffee machine in a station is far better, the croissants were thye worse have ever had.
Parking fee was out of this world.

Did not feel welcome,owner did not even say hello,glad to get out.
