You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that cheques are not an accepted payment method. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. - EUR 8 from 19:00 to 20:00 - EUR 16 from 20:00 to 21:00 - EUR 32 from 21:00 to 22:00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests are required to clean their dishes and empty the bin. Failure to do so is subject to an extra fee of EUR 30 for the dishes and for the bin. Bed linen is provided for stays of less than 6 nights and within the limit of two linen kits: 2 fitted sheets two flat sheets 4 pillow cases 4 pillows two blankets 4 towels. Bed and bathroom linen beyond a 5-night stay is provided for a supplement of 25 euros per additional linen kit Please note that your credit card may be pre-authorised. Please note that the luggage storage rental, is upon request, and is subject to availability for 5 euros per stay. Pets are allowed on request. Charges of 10 euros per animal per stay may be applicable. Please note that the bicycle parking is for 5 euros per day.
