The bedroom was immaculate, spacious and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. The design was modern and unusual with a window acting as a picture and looking onto greenery  and flowers.
There was a fridge and  kettle for tea and coffee.
The bathroom was beautiful with a glass opaque sliding door and a very big open shower.
There is a sandy beach near the hotel. We stayed one night only but would have liked to have more time there and spend another night.

Lovely hotel

We spent 1 week there in early July.  We stayed in a bungalow with  2 kids. We were told we were expected to strip the beds, empty the garbage, and do the dishes to avoid a cleaning charge. We did that, but left the garbage bag on the porch and clean dishes in the drying rack.
Two days after we left, we were told we were being charged 80 euros for cleaning. I could not believe it.  When I  inquired as to why, we were shown photos of the garbage bag and dishes. We were also told that there was sand in the shower (this is a beach resort), my son forgot his swim trunks in the shower, and there were a couple of drops of sunscreen on the table.
I do not see how this amounts to an 80 euro charge. 
I am very disappointed that the resort feels that this is reasonable.
I would never go back or recommend this resort.

Lovely cozy hotel. Near the beach. Silence. Terrace. Equipment of the Chalet. Parking. Territory. Beachfront restaurant. Purity. Courtesy of staff. Free bicycles with electric drive. Cons not noticed. Plan to return.

Perfectly

Nice and comfortable bungalows in a nice, clean resort with a perfect beach. Perfect kitchen equipment for effective family holiday. Beautiful restaurant with breakfast service for the bungalows guests.

Nice bungalows

no internet, beds are not good.
Location is wonderfull, Staff is very helpfull and friendly - but it does not change the fact that in our opinion the pricing is way to high of waht you get. Beach is nice and public - so it can be very busy.

Absolutely excellent location, close to the amazing beach not so full. Wood cottages are located in pine forest. Breathtaking views. Need a car for all trips.

Having stayed in 3 different places in Corsica over the week, I would say U Livanti was my favorite one. We were staying in a deluxe room but I think next time I would take a chalet with cooking facilities. The restaurant on site is ok but nothing special and if you are staying for a prolonged period of time and have a car, chalet is probably better as Carrefour and Casino are short drive away. There are outside barbecues which we took an advantage of. The place is pretty much next to beach, surrounded by pines. Room is basic but modern and clean. A/C was working like a clock. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect spot

Good location, one of the best beaches of Korsika. Rooms in good shape. Our problem was, that the air conditioner did not work and could not be repaired. Everything else was really fine. Staff was very nice. Bar was good.

Schöner Urlaub

We were a bit surprised when we arrived. It is indeed a holiday park. It was quite busy but especially older people so no loud noise. The cabins are situated in a beautiful park, with a lot of flowers and beautiful pine trees and next to a beautiful 4 km beach. The pros: 

- beautiful garden with a lot of flowers, birds and trees
- central location, a 1,5 hour drive from ajaccio, close to beautiful Sartène and propriano
- a really good bed

Cons:
- price is quite high for a Ikea cabin
- cabin too small for 4 persons
- the rooms are not really spacious
