We came as a couple, by chance, many restaurants were closed, we found the establishment a little dirty, tiles, tile, dog hair on the floor, acceptable food, but we didn't see the kitchen.

Restaurant to Avoid

This notice is only about the restaurant, we stopped in Beuzeville to eat the golden pig that was full, we crossed the street to go to Normandy. When you entered you were greeted by the frantic barking of a dog tied behind the bar. After hesitation we went in and ordered live the meal of the day (full of chocolate), correct but bathing in the juice. To settle we went to the bar or someone was eating with the owner's dog standing on the back legs, the muzzle 20 centimeters from the client's plate. Thanks for the hygiene. The positive is that you eat quickly, but it's cheap you can worry about what happens in the kitchen when you go through the neighborhood but you can't see the quality of the food in the neighbourhood. We're never going back to the restaurant. We're not going back to the neighbourhood but we're going back to the neighbourhood.

We have seen pillows in very bad dirty condition, dirty couch, torn, more tartar on tap, black shower joint, room with dust, ceiling with apparent electrical wires, damaged door locking, positive breakfast ratio good price.

We booked a room for three people. A big disappointment on arrival. Welcome to the bar. This one hadn't been cleaned for several months I think. The door to the hotel staircase is dirty. What about the room that was renovated quickly and that probably hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner for years. I'm not sure about cleanliness. I advise the managers to close the hotel and focus on the bar.

What disrespect For potential customers to pretend to be a  hotel ?, never seen before!! Entrance through the bar leaving more than to be desired (trashed cardboard door trash) we already want to leave... discovery of the room: only positive point: the size Curtains stains, dust under the beds, stains of paint everywhere in the bathroom (tubs, ceilings) hanging light suspension etc... all for 75€!!!!!! And a dog trapped in the bar that night falling!!!! We didn't feel like slipping into the sheets!!!

To avoid it at all costs...

We stayed one night at the hotel with my children. A positive point: we got a good reception A negative point: room for three people but in the bathroom I found only two towels, two cups, two soaps. In the shower there was nothing to wash. In the room, my couch was torn and the sheet of the other bed was stained. The lights showed the apparent wires.

Very good quality/price dinner, very friendly reception despite the late arrival time. Simple but proper room; Possibility for three people, double bed plus single bed. I recommend. Thank you for the mint candy.

Family evening step

Relatively good lunch. cooking and accompanying ok / day dish ok quick service. what fishes c is a bit of cleanliness... a bar full of bazaars where you hang out, empty bottles, administrative papers, bomb deo, packs of cookies etc etc etc. And the dog!!! never seen a dog in a restaurant during the service! so cute he is.

things to see again

We stopped for lunch  on the way to our holiday destination . They were very helpful despite a limited menu for my coeliac grandson and vegetarian daughter . 
However we realised later that she had left her mobile there. The campsite rang through for us that evening and they had found it and in fact had been running round the town trying to find us.
My husband retrieved the phone the next day and thanked them. 

Very helpful staff 

It's an old hotel, we had ocean view room, but were only there for 1 night, room was clean, check in was fast, little confusing finding our room, have to use stairs.  Parking tricky, have to get there early, very limited.  Has a wonderful breakfast.Very convenient for seeing historical things, great restaurants all around.
