We booked 10 nights and left very early the next morning after suffering one night. Never packed so quickly in my life. 

The room was so dirty. The dust would set any asthmatic off. 

Our daughter’s option of bedding was a manky old green bobbly blanket. 

Six hangers on a small pole behind the door was our wardrobe offering. 

The shower had a life of its own. There were stains  on the floor. I dread to think. No plug. Stained plug hole. Dubious looking hair in the tray.

Right in the middle of an industrial estate, so either a bus or taxi is in order if you like to have an alcoholic beverage. 

The receptionist on the other hand was one of the most politest, friendliest and respectful ladies I have encountered. An absolute credit to the company. She deserves a better work place than that. 

Very disappointing but we’ve ended up, many thank yous to my partner who sourced a superb little apartment in the middle of Béziers. We love it. Love the area as well.

Shower full of mosses, breakfast scheduled for 7.30am the person arrives on time, not to open but to set up the coffee machine unchecked, no milk or chocolate.

To avoid

The prices of the rooms are not high, they are small and impersonal and lack of renovation, we have reserved for family coming to visit and this for years and no renovation undertaken despite the necessary...

a cheap hotel very basic and a little old

Hotel close to the highway exit. No noise at night. Very friendly reception. A little surprised that the overlayed bed above is not made, the sheets are well in the room in a bag and it's up to us to do it. It's like that in all the ibis budget it seems. Bathroom is a little small but functional. Lunch is right for the rate.

The perfect hotel for a short stop.

Hotel in need of a good renovation. Shower and toilet not very clean. Bed drained. Lavatory closed. Very average lunch for an Ibis budget. I will not renew the experience in Béziers. The Accor Group should invest in a complete renovation.

It's very convenient.

Dirty hotel, smelly, dirty and unmaintained, the bed is made of rubbish, the carpet in the hallway is stained all the way, it smells like moss... a night at the beach would have been much more pleasant.

It's a shame.

Reserved room available at 2pm but reception starting at 5pm, so automatic terminal with code valid for 1 day only, which does not simplify things (most hotels are open 24 hours a day during the summer).

Little Ibis, little service

We expected it to be small because it's a hotel to spend the night in, but what I didn't expect was the dirt. The staircase carpet is disgusting but the toilet was uncleaned; inside and urine stains on the lid. The air conditioning filters haven't been cleaned for a long time, as many corners have. On top of the COVID issue they should have been a little more scrupulous; they made me want to sleep in a mask. It lacked a good paint coat. The bed was comfortable. The parking and the room were accessed via a code that in my case was sent by SMS. It is in a rather dark area. There is no elevator and the breakfast is poor. You may think it's cheap but you'll be a little less picky than in the conditions it is in. The price of the coffee table looks like we've left a gift of 90 euros, but we haven't seen any of the toiletries in the state.

Dirty shit.

We arrived at night with a pre-booking the hotel sent us a text with all the necessary instructions we were able to enter the hotel without any problems friendly staff, quiet hotel, clean for our part.

Stage

The hotel is inhabited, but it looks clean but smelly, the air conditioning stinks, the walls, the sinks, the toilets are all stained and need to be urgently renovated. Unfortunately, the conversation from the next room, the loud banging of doors from 6:00 a.m. coupled with the sound of running water from other guests' showering ruins the stay in this hotel.
