We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and we were at the best location. Very close to restaurants in rue gambeta and local bus is also very accessible. 
The receptionist was very helpful to give us info where to go for restaurants and transport.
Overall a fabulous and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended accommodation!

Fabulous 5 day holiday

We stayed two weeks in the top floor in a spacious room with sea view. The room, breakfast room and the entire hotel is very clean. Owner couple is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, in the center, on a quiet little street. Good value for money.

Cozy, small, clean hotel in a central, quiet location

This is our favorite place. Pleasant service. Lovely and peaceful. Room facing the street with a very comfortable bed. Everywhere nearby. However, the problem with parking. I definitely recommend it for those demanding. Also you can eat delicious baguettes on the corner street in the morning. You will get to know everyday life.

Nice and cozy

Stayed here with a few friends . 
Hotel in great location, close to food and bars. And 5 mins to beach . 
The hotel was in the middle of redecoration - I liked the new style they were going with . 
Value for money !
Man at reception was so sweet and lovely . 

Only negative - the rooms really need a bit of a re decoration. I think that they are in the middle of it. 
The beds only had sheets not duvets. 
Shower rooms needed modernising . 

Overall for £90 for a night for 3 people it was a bargain.

GREAT LOCATION

Central and quiet location with walking distance to the main beaches and restaurants. Stayed for seven nights with a friend and was well taken care of by the owner and staff. Will recommend to friends and family.

Great location and friendly staff

New Owner Arthur and he is great! Great little hotel in the heart of biarritz close by all the best restaurants. I booked this place pretty last minute knowing july is crazy and was running out of options for a family of 5. This was by far the cheapest hotel in town and I was a little nervous but was not dissapointed. When we arrived we wheres shown to our room on teh 3rd floor. The only reason im not giving this place 5 stars is because of the size of the room. It was  great for our family of 5 but it was pretty tight up there (low ceilings). Being american we're not used to tight quarters but we made it work no prob. room was very clean and staff was amazing. The new owner arthur said he remembers when he traveled with his family of 5 as a kid and couldn't find a place to stay so he went out of his way to be accomidating. I would book this place again in a second. Staff spoke English and was very helpul in navigating the city. Plus the whole family could take long hot showers and not worry about running out of water which was not the case at our last hotel.

Family of 5 at a great price

Very good location -Bus 36 from the airport gets you to the closest bus stop in 10 mins. Equally easy to get to the train station or other near by towns via bus as there are many around the place. Close to the beach and the town and you can take a nice walk from one end to another. Nice bistros and cafes around. Decent sized room. Nice black out curtains. Manager though not on site was very responsive on watsaapp chat for any questions.
Room was a bit dated and old. Looked very different in the picture and that disappointed me. generally very quiet except if you are in room 1 because every time someone would come in or go out the main door would be slammed and there will be a beeping sound. Can hear if someone was chatting in the kitchen or around. I had to ask for hair dryer , iron etc which was provided once I asked but was hoping they were already there. However for what I paid expectation should be reasonable.

Decent Stay at a nice location

My sister and I stayed in this hotel in August. Our experience was dreadful to say the least. My sister had a total of around 200 bed bug bites by the end of our week. I was not quite as bad but nonetheless I was too covered by the end of our stay. We saw signs of bed bug activity such as brown specs on the mattress cover and blood specs on the sheets that are consistent with the presence of bed bugs. The staff were unhelpful when we brought our concerns to them on the last day and promised us a nights refund which has not yet materialised. We would at least have expected a full refund for the trauma that we had to go through whilst staying in this hotel.....the bed bug bites being the worst. I have never had such a bad experience in any hotel ever.We are both still marked from the bites and came back from holidays traumatised and stressed. I would NOT recommend this hotel. We
