We arrived early and we had a great reception and a ver warm welcome even though we arrived mid morning. Madame was totally charming and very helpful. Rooms are not huge but very clean and in a great location. Thoroughly recommend for groups of friends and also for families. Superb hotel and superb location.

Spotlessly clean with a great location.

We were so pleased and surprised by this little hotel, 2 mins from the smaller swimming beach in Biarritz. It was a really good location in the middle of the town  

The hotel manager could not have been more friendly and helpful, taking the time to provide us with a map (unasked) when we arrived and mark all the useful places. He was also happy to give us a hairdryer and provide beach towels for our stay at no extra charge and made sure we had a taxi on time to catch our train.  

Our room was upstairs at the front, a bright, very clean and spacious room with a big, comfy bed, lovely modern bathroom and great shower. The whole hotel was bright and nicely decorated. The rooms looking over the small garden area at the back looked slightly bigger and might be a bit quieter if you wanted that. 

Personally we liked looking out over the road (not busy) and Bar Basque opposite. One evening there was some nice live music in the bar and we enjoyed listening to it from our room before we went out to dinner. (It did not go on late or disturb us)

Breakfast was a standard but perfectly acceptable continental breakfast served in the small bright breakfast room (croissants, bread, jams, juice, tea/coffee). I can’t vouch for the quality of the coffee as we didn’t have it.   There is a small outdoor area where you can eat breakfast if the weather is good. And there is a very smart patisserie/ coffee shop right next door if you want to do your own thing. 

We had a perfect stay here and all in all we felt the cost represented very good value for money. We would love to come back and stay here again.

A little gem by the sea

Very nice reception. Good bed. Nice and clean room. Small clean and apparently recently refurbished bathroom. Ideally located in the city centre, next to bars and beaches... which means a bit of liveliness in the evening!

Great stay in the heart of Biarritz

We had the room for 3 people. The perosnnel is very welcoming and very arranged I recommend! Close to the city center we did everything on foot beach walking out on the banks of the Basques

It's a great stay downtown.

The hotel is quiet, clean and renovated. The team is adorable, helpful. They know the area very well and are very good advisers. We feel comfortable right away. Breakfast is very well served. The price ratio is more than satisfactory.

A very pleasant stay

Very clean, very pleasant hotel in the centre of town and close to the beaches. Everything can be done on foot or by bus.

It's a great hotel.

We spent four superb nights in this small, charming and very well-maintained hotel where the reception is extremely warm and thoughtful. (Very good point!) Our double room, with terrace, was spacious, clean and very pleasant. (with a large 160x200 bed really very comfortable) The price-price ratio for our stay (out of season) is very good, also for continental breakfast at 7€. Its geographical location is perfect, not far from the halls (marches) area, where bars and restaurants are very lively, just a few steps from the promenade to the beach as well as the old harbour.

It's a lovely little hotel.

The hotel in the Port Vyo area is 3 minutes from a small beach and 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions of the resort city. The hotel's window to the garden room was announced in the booking with a window on the wall of the neighboring house. The design of the room was strange: one window, but in a bathroom separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. In principle, everything is in the room, the environment is minimalist, but clean and comfortable. The owner is a friendly person who speaks English and is somewhat willing to give any interesting information.

A small hotel in a crowded area.

A small but very well located hotel close to the beach and shopping streets of Biarritz. Room was very clean and comfortable, however extremely small even for one person which it was not a big deal for me as stayed in only for sleep and take shower but for two people and with luggage just would not be good.
Lady on check in was friendly and the hotel itself modernized.

The only downside beside the space issue is there is no fridge in the room - not sure if none of the room has.

Overall, I think it is a small, clean reasonable priced hotel. I would choose again if I returning to Biarritz.

Clean, reasonable hotel in city centre

The hotel is very well located, in the spring (May 2019), we found space easily! For a weekend, this place is very good! Breakfast is not extraordinary but that's enough, we were full!
