The landlord mistreats us from beginning to end, authoritarian, invasive and ill-educated. A disgrace to her treatment and prepotence. No vayan, if you're embarrassed about your vacation. We recommend it for masochists, but that's not our style.

 Holidays

The owner is very charming and very thoughtful, the setting is pleasant, the breakfast is very rich with bread, wines, homemade pastries and... Basque cake, the little room at the end of the hall has no heating for the rest of the house, the electric radiator in the room but nothing in the bathrooms next door, the temperature was cool in October, but the address is good.

A charming building, comfortable rooms, warm hospitality, nearby beaches, a well-kept housewife, and excellent breakfast.

A haven of peace!

It is not very easy to find affordable accommodation in the Biarritz area. The Itsas Mendi is also overpriced. Some rooms are very nice, while others are very small, and Madam has rented them all equally expensive to us. The fruit stand is also extra payable and is somewhat fragile. Madam seems to be somewhat overwhelmed with the management of the house, but her willingness to help is very positive.

The per sé structure would also be beautiful. Characteristic house surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Excellent location between Biarritz and San Jean de Luz, with two beautiful beaches reachable on foot. Unfortunately we were assigned an apartment on the very sad ground floor. Although equipped with everything, it would need to be completely renovated. The asking price, for the type of accommodation offered, seemed excessive to me.

I mean,

A very nice guest room and a very hospitable person, you'll feel good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The quiet is there, your hostel will separate couples with children and those without, which makes it even more peaceful. The breakfast, perfect with lots of good stuff on the big table, enough to leave in shape for a day. We'll come back, but call to book in advance, the quality of the house is known.

Very friendly.

My wife and I have stayed in this house and the truth is that we are already looking forward to returning.The place has pleasantly surprised us, as we felt at home.The room was very clean.Marie (the owner) has everything very nice and detailed, being the one who welcomes you on arrival, who cares about your stay at all times and the moment of breakfast makes you enjoy it very much.Her bio products and marmalades made by her have delighted us to return very soon and we will recommend María y Romain.

The Estancia Perfecta is the perfect hotel.

We had a very pleasant time with warm welcome. Large room (we were 3) as well as large bathroom; no worries about internet connection; plenty of breakfast with very good homemade jams. The swimming pool is very nice; quiet place. We slept very well. We highly recommend this place because it is also well located and not far from Biarritz. At 3, we paid much less than if we went to a hotel where the room would have been much more demanding.

Three lovely weekends.

Beautiful and well-maintained house, with excellent management by Madame Sistac. The rooms radiate warmth and are well decorated. Since breakfast is à la française with small treats. Madame always has an ear for the wishes of her guests and is happy to provide advice and deeds to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

Ideal for exploring the Basque Country.

We come here once or three times a year, the welcome is always friendly and kind, the nice little room on the 3rd floor (viewed from the road) is functional, well soundproofed, the breakfast is pleasant, to visit the Basque coast and Spain it is perfect... For an affordable price we advise you to book online... Tonight the restaurant is closed until January 10th, it does not bother us, however breakfast is served at 8:00.
