We have visited several times. Hou have the maison & The cottages. We stayed in The ecolodge cottages. No doubt: super!

A small swimming pool, a 'we thought of everything' lodge, so luxurious yet so simple...
A small and well hidden hide away.

Perfect spot

I highly recommend Maison Arbolateia. We stayed for 3 nights.  Very tranquil and peaceful place - beautiful grounds, with a swimming pool, hot tub, and lovely places to sit around the garden. Nicely decorated rooms and a wonderful breakfast (we had French toast and pancakes) with fresh baguettes every morning. Sandrine and her staff are very welcoming and helpful. Maison Arbolateia is also very well situated - a few mins drive (or a 25 min walk) from Bidart.  We recommend the pizzeria to eat. Thanks very much for a perfect stay!  

A perfect stay

We spend 1 week in this B&B and it was a great experience.  The rooms are very nice (beds were big enough for my 1mtr96 ) and the garden + swimming pool were amazing.  A lot of little corners where you can escape with a good book.  Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Only 5mins from Biarritz & 30 mins from San Sebastian.  

A really great place and we hope to come back next year!

Holiday

Arbolateia is a wonderful, private and secluded B&B surrounded by lush gardens less than half hour drive south of Biarritz.

Three of us stayed there in the "Arbolateria  Suite" this past March and had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.  The suite was a vey spacious space on the second floor of the house consisting of two good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area and a living room, a comfortable modern bathroom and two terraces, one looking out to the mountains and the other one to the gardens.
There is a very nice pool nicely and secluded sited on the side of the house, which must be great to have in summer.

Arbolateia is conveniently located just off route D810 which is the local road linking all the towns along the Cote Basque of France, from Bayonne to St.-Jean de-la-Luz.  There are couple of good supermarkets and a great boulangeri, La Panatteria, for breads, sandwiches and pastries within a five minutes walk from the property.

Both Cecile and Pelet were very accommodating and helpfull in giving us tips as to where to eat, what to visit in the area and how to get around. Merci beacoup to both of you!!

Arbolateia is a very good and comfortable destination to book when visiting the Cote Basque of France and where one can enjoy that beautiful region away from the crowds or the prices of Biarritz.

Private, secluded with lush gardens in Bidat

We had the wooden cabin. A private garden, nice bed, cosy and friendly owners. 
Perfect place for a couple that wants a quit private place.

Close to the beach and shops. Also city trips are easy. St Sebastoan and Biaritz are very close by.
