Sandra was the most incredible host- warm, welcoming, helpful and so kind. The room we were staying in for 3 nights was at the front of the converted barn and had the most quaint traditional shutters that we could throw open & listen to the sounds of the birds in the morning & watch village life pass us by. Our bed was enormous & so comfy! Just what you need after a long day of travelling. The breakfast Sandra provides is delicious- freshly baked croissants & a baguette from the local bakery (yum!) & a gorgeous fruit salad & yoghurts with the most delicious, freshly brewed coffee. We were staying for a wedding at a nearby Chateau and Sandra was so helpful with taxi booking for our friend & also gave us some great tips of where to visit & eat. She also lent us her fantastic snazzy iron so my husband could iron his shirt for the wedding and it was crisp!! (He now wants one!) If you're visiting Bize-Minervois and looking for somewhere charming, comfortable with everything you need- stay with Sandra. We adore her!
