The room was spacious (2 stories) and the beds were comfy. We stayed one night to rest up before our flight and this room was perfect for that. It isn’t a 5 star hotel room but for the price it did exactly what it was intended to do. Plus it really is just next to the airport (like no more than 5 minutes ).

Good hotel

A basic hotel that provides welcome facilities for travellers in and out of Nantes Airport.

If booking via Booking.com look out for the very helpful directions if walking - access is directed through car parks which shortens the walk.

Slept ok.  Bed comfortable enough (was so tired after a 2 hour flight delay, I could have slept on the stairs!)

Breakfast was standard French Breakfast and have to say it was good and worth the money.

Hotel a bit more expensive than I would expect for the facilities, but it was a busy weekend arrival.

I was greatly impressed by the customer care I received from B and B hotel, Nantes Airport.  I received clear and accurate advance information regarding my planned late check in.  Following numerous flight delays and then flight cancellation I contacted the hotel to explain my absence, they were most understanding and I was not charged for the booking. I commend the hotel for its customer care and look forward to booking again with them in the future.

Excellent customer care

I booked this hotel for an Spanish speaking guest.
The website indicated that the room was paid for but the clerk said that it was not the case. Nobody spoke spanish and my guest tried to reach me so that I resolve the situation. As her phone did not have coverage in France she showed them my phone number and tried to ask them for wifi so that she could call me but they made no effort whatsoever to understand.
After a few hours tried to solve the issue, I booked a room in another hotel (150 instead of 70) similarly to another recent review.
I've sent a complaint via B&B Hotels and am awaiting a response.

Unable to cater to international customers

clean, small room. we came very late at night. check in in a nachine with your credit card according to your reservation number. lots of people from the late night arrivals. hotel wa full. make a reservation prior to arrival. no room for breakfast: too many people

very good for 1 night

We had an AWFUL experience with B&B Hotel Nantes Airport hotel.
We had reservation via Booking.com for 1 night from May 30 till May 31st 2019.
When we came to hotel’s door after very late flight, we were requested by the automatic machine at the door to pay with the credit card. We presented valid credit card, but the machine came with “declined” answer without any explanation. 
We tried few times with different credit and debit cards from different banks and always received the same “declined” answer.
After a while through hotel's help desk, we succeeded to wake up manager of the hotel.
But the manager lady was very angry and extremely uncooperative. 
She did speak a word of English (and this is in the hotel located at the big international airport!). She simply tried to repeat the same operation with our credit card and automatic machine. Obviously, she received the same “declined” result. 
There was another elderly couple there and they faced exactly the same problem. Me and my wife are both 63 years old. We had reservation. Nobody in sound mind would think that we arrive without means to pay for the hotel. Obviously, the problem was with their computer system.
But the manager didn’t make any effort to solve the problem. We even offered to pay by cash. But she simply pushed all of us out of the hotel and locked the door.
So, at 2AM in the middle of the night we were left in the street with the luggage. That’s how France welcomes tourists?!
We had to walk with the luggage back to the airport and then to another nearby hotel just to get few hours sleep. Our same credit card was very welcome there. But on top of all humiliation and inconveniences we were forced to pay almost 150 Euros instead of 63 Euros that we budgeted for that night. 
I've sent this complaint via B&B Hotels website but got no reply at all.

Don't go there!

Stayed here after late flight . Very close to the airport ( walking distance ) 
There was food van serving dinner and drinks outside the reception. 
Rooms were clean , beds comfortable , shower hot and powerful and Wi-fi free and fast . 
Good value breakfast too . 
Staff very friendly. 

Convenient and clean 

We had an early morning flight from NTE, and wanted somewhere convenient and cheap nearby.  B&B was it.  The rooms were small, spartan and basic, but clean and adequate.  We never could get the wifi to work but that was only a minor inconvenience.  No disappointments but no pleasant surprises.

Great Location for An Early-Morning FLight

Room and bathroom is ok but the woman at the entrance and breakfast was unfriendly and rude. It is not a nice experience to be talked that way when arriving in the evening and waking up at breakfast. 
Location is convenient for flying.
