Two days' stay in November 2023. Poor room with an old carpet and not very clean. The bathroom door that doesn't close (Hello discretion), the microscopic shower that you have to close with two linen tweezers... A cleaned room before we arrived with the hair of the previous occupant as a welcome... We had been complimented on breakfast! (8€ per person), 2 pieces of cane, 1 chocolate bread and a croissant, a little jam, no cheese or charcuterie... For the same price in the French commune of RUE, we had just had cheese specialties, charcuterie, yogurt charts, fruits... and never again!

That's very poor.

We had difficulty finding this hotel and weren’t happy when we did. It didn’t look a safe area at all. We were also in an expensive car and were apprehensive about parking it in the area.
The owners were not very helpful or welcoming and had trouble communicating as they could not speak English although they said they could on their website.
The reception stank of cigarettes and was very old fashioned. We were then shown the lift to go to our room. We both squeezed in a tiny box (which needed a hoover) and went up to a tiny room with a double bed which is advertised as a ‘single’.  That too had the smallest bathroom I had ever seen, we decided we weren’t going to stay.

Depressing

A very nice hotel. A family room at the top, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel team is very attentive to the customer and very helpful. Breakfast is very pleasant: hot drinks, fruit juices, sticks, butter, jam, chocolate bread, croissant and compote. Very well located hotel, 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Nausicaa. Close to shops and restaurants. Playground in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel.

Small quiet and friendly hotel near Nausicaa and downtown, restaurants, all on foot. Free parking possible on the square in front of the hotel. Nice accommodation, good beds and clean rooms. Simple but good lunch.

Nice place in a good location

After agreeing on the price of the room, I asked if I could see it before confirming it. The lady at the reception desk, who I believe was also the owner, told me that the room was no longer available and urged me to leave the hotel immediately. Another gentleman came up, barefoot and bare-chested, who, threatening me, urged me to leave immediately. I stayed in various parts of the world, every time I asked to see the room before confirming it I never had any problem, believing it was my right. Now I know that it's his name everywhere.

Misconduct and lack of professional ethics

I had a very good weekend in this hostel I was very well received by the person.The rooms are well equipped except there is a lack of parking is also the hotel is very quiet is it very well placed not far from the morning cry

super weekend

It's an uncomfortable night for managers who smoke under the windows from 5am, sleeping with cigarette smoke in the room is uncomfortable... the bathroom deserves a refreshment.

Disappointed

We were warmly greeted by the male hotel receptionist who was helpful advising on local restaurants and the room was clean.  However unfortunately that’s where the positives end. We had a family room with many broken / non working items. Carpets throughout are threadbare. The worst was the noise from the unsavoury area where police were called. We observed cars being damaged outside the hotel. Not an advisable hotel to stay in.

Unsafe district!

Very unpleasant cigarette smell very old establishment would need renovation despite all the rooms are clean however the sanitary rules are not respected the managers don't even wear the mask we won't come back bad experience
