Air broke for the last 2 days , apparently. Did t think to inform guests before they arrive or even at checking. Room warmer than outside and there is a heatwave. Shocking customer service. The air conditioning was the main reason for booking as I needed a good nights sleep to break up a long journey.

Very poor customer service

Travelling with 2 dogs,  we needed somewhere more suitable than a city centre budget hotel. This place was brilliant. A proper motel where you park near your room, and all ground floor rooms looking onto garden. The room was basic but very clean with comfortable beds. We had a meal.in the restaurant; buffet starter and pud, with 4/5 choices of main for €25. It was lovely! Breakfast the next day also great. Staff couldn't do enough for us, very friendly and helpful. The best bit was the enclosed space for the dogs to run around - which would also suit those travelling with children.  Will definitely stay there again.

Troyes sud

A very basic hotel, no frills but they’re not expected at the price paid. Room was ok, no anti slip mat in shower which made things interesting !! Staff were very pleasant and check in was a breeze, but I wouldn’t recommend staying g more than one night, a good place to rest after a long drive but was up early to get out of there and back on the road. Breakfast was very basic but adequate

Handy location not far from the motorway or visiting Troyes just up the road.

Easy smooth check in and the staff were very helpful with any questions about the 
local area etc.  

Comfortable room with a double bed, tea and coffee making facilities and both the room and bathroom were clean.

Nice restaurant with a good choice of food and friendly staff.

Plenty of parking too.

Handy overnight stop

Despite a sad-looking exterior in need of a make-over, the rooms and restaurant all look good, particularly the restaurant with its outdoor terrace. The location is good too, in a quiet semi-rural area of the nearby village of Buchères, very accessible from the A4, A5 and A26 motorways. Our room was clean and smart and  the bed comfortable, up to the standard we expect from Campanile, and we slept well. The restaurant is smart too, although post-Covid, the menu choice is still restricted with fewer mains. But the usual buffet of hors d’œuvre and desserts was well-stocked. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Two were trainees but they coped very well, despite having to also serve a large party of sports club members. So, don’t be put off by appearances, that what matters is good.

Good service , friendly personal, good location to the autoroute , for one night ok, restaurant limited menus 
But we will stay often in campanile, this is one of our favorite, also wishes per Mail were akzepted.good 

Spring

Anyone travelling a long distance expects the hotel to be a place of rest and refreshment. It’s was not the case here. When I arrived there was no-one in reception and I had to phone to have reception opened. The bar wasn’t open and neither was the restaurant in the evening because of a lack of chef. After already having driven for nearly 8 hours I was forced to drive again in search of a restaurant. Not good enough!! The room was clean and comfortable apart from the carpet which had a rather suspect stain next to the bed. Breakfast was good enough and the receptionists did their best. 

Not a traveller’s rest

A  small room but. perfect place for a stopover. Good mattresses and pillows, for a perfect nightsleep.. unfortunately no internet available and the kind lady at the reception couldn’t reset the system.

Would be nice if there is something vegan to eat, not only a bit of salade, and fruits. I do like salade, but would like to eat something else aswell.
My husband is very happy with his food, where he says it was absolutly nice.
