We stayed at Villa Port d’attache B&B for 8 days during the Cannes Film Festival. We could not have been more pleased. The villa is about 10 minutes outside Cannes, so you need a car. The drive through the hills seems at first overwhelming, but we quickly were zipping up and down the hill and delighting at the distance and seclusion it offered us from the bustle of the Festival. 
The villa nestled high on the hill delivers spectacular views of the valley below, all the way to the ocean and to the mountains that separate France and Italy. On a clear day you see all the way to the Alps. Trees, flowers, chirping birds, roosters in the distance, you feel as though you are in a remote paradise, yet you are just a few minutes from it all. We slept each night with the windows thrown open to the night sky and glimmer of lights in the towns below. 
There were other guests, but honestly, the impression is that you have the whole place to yourself. 
We started each day with breakfast on a garden patio overlooking this wonderful view, or on the balcony patio off the living room every bit as inviting. The owners Gillian and her husband served variations of fresh fruit and cheeses, croissants and baguette, yogurt and new baked deserts from recipes that Gillian delighted in sharing with us. Gillian and her husband are gracious hosts, enthusiastically sending us off to dinner each night for world class meals in ancient mountaintop strongholds, where the wine flowed and you could almost hear the footsteps of those who walked there a thousand years ago. When we needed help to get our COVID test on a Sunday, Gillian found the only open pharmacy, and arranged for our test. 
The rooms are charming and handsomely designed and appointed, modern, but comfortable, impeccably clean. Her warm personality is beautifully expressed in every detail in the room from fixtures to art, every need is anticipated. This is a first-class B&B that runs like a Swiss watch, everything clean and bright, the gardens groomed and inviting. My wife and I have traveled many places in the world, but this is one has left an indelible imprint on us, and to which we will return.

A paradise just a few minutes from everything

I hesitate to write this startling review because I want to make sure that I can stay here everytime I return to the Riviera... I want to make sure there is a room available. This place is magnificent with views that take your breath away. The villa is tucked up in the hills of the Riviera overlooking the mediterranean sea. A cool breeze blows through the windows day-and-night. The property is impeccable both inside and out. There is a pool and everything you need for your comfort. The owners are delightful, extremely knowledgeable regarding the area and helpful. The beaches, restaurants and sites are just a short drive from the villa. I can't wait to return.

OMG Perfection!

We began our 2 week journey in Vallauris at Villa Port d’ Attache. This was easily the best and most welcoming B&B experience through our many years of travel. A fine property run by a wonderful couple that work very hard to provide their guests with a special experience. The property’s gorgeous hillside location, views and quality of the home, it’s decor and rooms is perfect.

A Perfect B&B

Enjoy the trappings of millionaire villa living without the annual cost… Honeysuckle aromas, evening frog chorus in May requires no other entertainment, multiple terraces, pool. 
Fabulous host who made us really welcome and was attentive without being overbearing … felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Fantastic breakfast with full selection of bread, cheese, charcuterie, boiled egg, muesli and yoghurt with stunning views set us up for the chill out by the pool. Simply gorgeous!

It's a very Charming Villa with an excellent breakfast, very comfortable and clean rooms and a Super host couple who want only the best for their guests! We have been here before and keep on coming back as this is the best place to stay at the Cote d'Azur!!

'The best place to stay at the Cote d'Azur!!

I highly recommending staying at Ville Le Port d'Attache for anyone whose budget per night is under 500euros. Having spent time in the south of France, the only hotels worth staying at are the 5-star hotels. Everything else is just subpar for the money.... EXCEPT Villa Le Port d'Attache. 

-Location- perfect for exploring and away from the heart of the cities. My favorite part about the location was the easy access to Golfe-Juan. Golfe-Juan is perfect for people who enjoy amazing food but do not want to deal with the crowds/prices of Cannes or Eze. It is a bit off the beaten path but that didnt not bother me at all. 
- Hospitality- The husband and wife team that own the villa are experts in travel and hospitality. I've stayed in B&B before and this is as good as it gets. House is beautiful and clean. Gillian is an expert in south of France tourism and prides herself in making your trip as close to perfect as possible. Listen to Gillian- shes the best! 

They are almost always sold out during the busy seasons so if you are lucky enough to find availability just book it. 
You won't regret it. 

AMAZING-Book it!

There are many nice places but this one is special. We spent 4 nights in this charming place and I’m sure that we will never forget it. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the view is breathtaking. The hosts, Gillian and Daniel, make the stay special - they are happy to help plan the trip in the area, are attentive to every request and do everything with a smile and care. I’m very happy that we made the right selection and chose to stay in this special place – highly recommended!!

A magical place with wonderful hosts

Nice :) We were 2 weeks traveling and this was probably the best place we found. Thank you Gillian and Daniel for your hospitality. Perfect place as a stand on site, land and breathe in between your explorations around the Riviera :) You are close to everything, Close to Golf Juan for some food in the harbor, Cannes on the other side of the mountain, Valbonne just a short drive away. Grasse, Biot, Antibes, Juan Les Pins all close. You have the perfect place to rest between your adventures on the Riviera. Relax, with pool, super good breakfast, view to the sea, alps, nice rooms, clean and there is everything. Our room, Sirocco, was above the kitchen, its own veranda overlooking Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Nice and a French balcony. Email Gillian and you get answers quickly. Greet them;) We'll be back.

Best stay

I cannot thank Gillian and Daniel enough. I travel for work and nowhere is as friendly as Port D’attache. Such a wonderful place to stay and the most helpful hosts I’ve ever stayed with. I don’t normally rate or recommend but  their friendliness coupled with proximity to Cannes and Nice made my visit fantastic. I can not recommend enough

We’ve (my boyfriend and I) had an amazing stay in Villa Port d’Attache in July 2018. Absolute (!) stunning gate entrance and view (10/10) from our room and terrace, delicious breakfast with an egg and fresh fruit every morning, Gillian and Daniel are lovely. We felt in love with Lucy (the dog) who loves attention.
Such a relaxing, quiet place with a beautiful garden overlooking the Côte d’Azur. 
Would definitely recommend and for sure come back!!
