This hotel is so diryt, i found hairs everywhere. update the hotel. It was broken, there where stains everywhere. Room is small, there is not light enough. Bed is to short (only 190). But the hairs everywhere (in my bed, in the bathroom, on the walls), it was so dirty. 

Old and so dirty!

All recommendations for this hotel. It is located in the very center of the city, from where you can walk around all the beautiful places of Paris. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The internet is also good, and the breakfast is delicious.

Hotel Saint-Honore

This hotel is very friendly and has very helpful staff that are always at the front. We felt very safe in this hotel as the doors locked at night. The location was perfect and had many needed amenities close by such as cafes, the mall, tattooery, restaurants, and great bars.

Very good 3-star hotel.
Small room but perfectly planned. 
Clean and tidy. 
The hotel is located in a nice area, close to Les Halles and to the Louvre Museum.
Next time in Paris we will book this hotel again:)

Very good 3-star hotel

Horrible expensive worn-out, tiny hole of room; dirty & unacceptable standard in any respect. Location of the hotel is central near Les Halles but this part of Rue Saint Honore experienced a very bad development: dirty, very loud and dangerous during night time.

We're fans of Kimpton and our main goal for this very brief 2 night stay in Paris at the tail end of a longer trip in Italy was to have a nice room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. This King Bed Premium with an Eiffel Tower view did the trick. You definitely pay a "premium" for views of the tower (at any hotel.)

The hotel is well located for the sites around the Louvre, Champs E'lysees and Opera with about a 10 minute walk to the Place de La Concorde, and a 5 minute walk to the Opera and it's Metro station (and about the same to another Metro stop in the other direction.

It's definitely got that Kimpton vibe to the overall look and feel of the place. Boutique, not generic in every detail...nicely appointed. The old elevators converted to seating areas on the main floor are really cool.

Our room was nice and not particularly tiny for not being a suite and we really dug being able to open the window and see the Eiffel Tower day or night right from out window.

Check in was a little funky...they didn't acknowledge myself IHG status or offer any of the amenities that my particular status is entitled to. When I asked about them, the person checking me in seemed surprised that I was asking for such things and needed to consult with a supervisor to learn what I was talking about. Loyalty feels important within hotel brands so if you bother to do the work to get status, it's a bummer when you have to advocate for the benefits you're supposed to get with it.

The breakfast buffet was also super pricy...42 Euros...we had nicer rooms in Italy for less money where breakfast was included and just couldn't justify adding on almost a hundred dollars for the 2 of us each morning for what was being offered.

Communication ahead of time was good...got a nice couple of welcome emails from someone at the hotel. Though onsite when coming or going felt a bit anonymous.

Because we were out all day during our stay we missed the social hour, but they do offer it 5-6pm with free drinks, just like all the other Kimpton's do.

Nice place. We'd consider staying here again but would probably look around and compare options before booking.

Decent Location. Nice View if You Pay For It

1. The lift was out of action for the whole duration of our stay. 23rd to 27th June 2023.

2. The advertised photos look nothing like the real thing.

3. The rooms are really tiny and run down. Stained carpets, chipped furniture. Breakfast trays left in the stairwell all day. Not worth 260 ruro a day per room. A RIP OFF EVEN IF IT WAS FASHION WEEK. 

This should be a one star hotel. Asked to leave the following morning of arrival. Manager would only refund 1 day.

The Location was great. There were so many great places near us. Great night life in the neighbourhood. The staff were also great. This is a great hotel to go to if you don’t want to break the bank. I would stay here again. 

Great spot

Paid a fortune to have a ground floor bedroom with no windows and a shower in the middle of the bathroom with no glass protection at all. The bathroom also had no shelf whatsoever. Very disappointing for a nice weekend in Paris.

Completely overpriced for the room and for the poor bathroom facilities.

I'll be back, as Hotel Saint-Honore suited all my travel needs. It was central Paris in an amazing location, close to public transport, five minute walk to the Louvre, safe neighbourhood, and very welcoming to guests.
