The structure of the residence is good, the outdoor pool is beautiful... but the furniture and electronics of the apartments should be replaced. The interiors should be repainted: the walls, doors and basements are dirty. Our apartment had not been cleaned well. The household package is too expensive. The wifi is expensive and often breaks down.

Great for off-season stays.

Not very clean accommodation and very small fridge for 8 people otherwise the area is very pretty the bull castle is to see and the beaches its own it just lacks garbage otherwise you will find everything there at Carantec.

We'll go back, but not to the residence.

Very pleasant residence, well situated at the entrance of Carentec, friendly staff, clean and functional apartment, well equipped. Only bemool, dark apartment, low light with balcony side parking. An additional lighting would be a plus. Good soundproofing of the apartments. Basic bed, moderately comfortable.

Good experience

First of all I start to thank the whole team who is very professional and pleasant and very kind, it is a pity that the manager resigns because she is very competent but dripped by politics or the client is king. The apartments have been renovated but not enough. The smell of moss in the room or there is the cumulus otherwise nice room to eat. Be careful if you have back problems because the mattresses are very hard. We have stayed a week in a magnificent six-room apartment. The problem c is the soundproofing. When you have two families above your breasts in apartments 8 people who carry the children running or their dog barking and who doesn't respect the other cysts is leaving and leaving and leaving our attention.

It's a shame, because it's a beautiful area.

Well located residence, pleasant stay but a lack of cleanliness, uncleaned refrigerator, sanitary facilities too, dust under the beds...we made an apartment much cleaner than when we arrived, and that's a shame, because the reception was perfect.

Stay in Carantec

I knew the reputation residence because I lived not too far away. The residence is close to the city centre and the occupied apartment is spacious enough for a single person or even a couple.

Very happy with my stay. I'll be back next year.

Family vacation at the Goelia Carentec residence, when we arrived we were very well received by the residence team, we were taken outside our apartment, we had taken the 3 rooms for 6 people and we discovered that we have 1 small fridge to put our shopping, it's a pity a +++ big fridge would be welcome in the big apartments. The indoor pool is nice and warm. Beautiful walks during the week and we were loaned equipment to go fishing on the island of Callot. You can rent bicycles on site. Everything can be done on foot from the residence, the city centre where there is a good restaurant Very good vacation Valerie

Very nice stay. Very clean accommodation and friendly home. The accommodation was well equipped, quiet and pleasant, meeting our expectations. The village is accessible on foot, rather well provided for a month of September.

Very nice week in this residence. Very quiet, a great welcome and availability from all the team members. Don't hesitate to ask the host if something is missing, the manager always has a solution :) And in addition a beautiful area to explore.
