We were a group of 14 on a biking holiday. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There was a secure garage to store the bikes and it didn’t seem any trouble to keep opening and closing for us as we arrived back in 3 different groups. We are in the hotel 3 nights and the food was superb. Great value. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay great. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities we needed

Great stay and great staff

As with every previous visit a warm and friendly welcome awaited me.
Room clean and comfortable.
Dinner and drinks very pleasant - it's a Tapas-style menu that offers a range of hot and cold items.
Reasonably priced.

Usual attentive and friendly service

We arrived late on a holiday and they looked after us so well. 
They stored our bags when we rode ventoux then let us use the pool, provided towels and import beers.
All in all a great place to be based for cycling in this area. They could not have been more accommodating!

Cycling to ventoux

I stayed with a group of friends for three nights whilst cycling Mont Ventoux. Staff were excellent. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were very friendly. Helped with bike storage and other requirements. Rooms were clean and tidy.  A little small but not a real issue.  Pool area was great not sure if it would be large enough if hotel was full and weather was good. We ate there every night and thought the food was great. Highly recommend this place.

Cycling short stay.

I stayed here for one night as part of a group. We arrived late but just in time before check in closed. There are lots of rules at this hotel. In the corridors the lights didn’t come on so I had to use a torch to find my room number. The corridors were very hot but thankfully the room was cool but the air con is controlled centrally. The room is odd as the toilet is in a separate cubicle to the shower. The shower is efficient. I liked the parrot theme in the room. There was a small balcony. Breakfast was reasonable with plenty of choice. 

Unusual hotel

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, worth the price. The room was well climatised, there is a bottle of water in which is renewed daily. Enough shower gels and other small equipment.
Restaurant has only poor choice an is too expensive compared to the quality and quantity.

Good Hotel, average restaurant

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Carpetras with nice rooms. I especially liked the bed, clean rooms en staff. The pool was also very good. We visit Carpentras to take the Ventoux. And it's a nice startingpoint.
The only minus is that drinks and breakfast isn't cheap.

Very nice hotel

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. This is a family run business and they all were very helpful and accommodating. We traveled S a group of guys on a bike holiday and the facilities for bikes were very good. They even supplied water and cleaning stuff for cleaning the bikes after a dirty ride on a wet day. We were very pleased with out stay. The down side was the pool is not heated and was very cold in May!

Cycling holiday in Provence

Stayed there in April this year, it's my second or third time....because unfortunately it's the nearest to Carpentras. We are receptioned as if we are asking for a favor instead of being treated as a client.
