Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. A 50% prepayment will be required within 3 days after booking by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal. Payment instructions will be sent after booking. If the booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival, the prepayment will be fully refunded. Bed linen and towels can be rented for EUR 20 for 2 people per stay.
