Ideal accommodation in this guest room. Careful decoration, impeccable cleanliness, rich and varied breakfasts (and homemade). Warm home. No problem with parking the car. You can also prepare your meals (fridge, microwave...) near the pool.

It's a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay (3 nights, 4 days). The house is large, full of charm, impeccable cleanliness, and the decoration is neat and elegant. The bedrooms are quiet, very spacious and quality bedding. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with massaged showers. The garden is very beautiful and the swimming pool is beautiful. The housewife is in the care of the little ones, she has put herself in four to please us and make our stay perfect despite the health constraints related to Covid and despite our own family constraints. Breakfast is so much and gourmet (cakes, pancakes, pudding, yogurt, etc.) This is a fantastic address we'd like to keep your home almost a thousand years old and we'd like to welcome you back!

Perfect reception and quality services

Very well situated guest house. Great home. Very diverse lunch and a lot of homemade. Very spacious and very clean room and bathroom. Enjoy the Jacuzzi to relax. Very good experience for a first time in a guest house. I highly recommend!;)

Very welcoming

Hiking with 4 friends along the Camino, we chose this establishment as it was close to the town center and, as we were using a vehicle to transfer our gear and hikers to start/finish, this location allowed us to cover over 100 km’s of the Camino. 

Françoise is the most gracious host. I booked directly with her and she found a way to accommodate our group of five without making it too expensive. 
The rooms are very large and bathrooms are very modern having been recently renovated. Hard to believe you are in a home built around 1850!

The main floor was elegantly decorated and breakfast was served in the dining room. Her homemade yogurt and bread was outstanding. Fruit, juices and other pastries (including pancakes a few mornings) rounded out the meal. The fresh made coffee was excellent. 

The highlight for us was the back yard - a swimming pool, large patio table / chairs, a Spanish plancha (flat top grill), and an outbuilding with refrigerator. After a long day’s hiking, having a place to cool off, enjoy some refreshments, and cook up a meal made for a very relaxing afternoon / evening. 

Françoise is very knowledgeable about the area including the history - we very much enjoyed when she would join us for coffee in the morning. Her English is very good. 

We would have been hard pressed to find anything better

Excellent price ratio. Very nice old house renovated. Friendly frame and quiet. Very good reception. Very neat room and bathroom. Very comfortable lit. Very nice and spacious swimming pool. I recommend the jacuzzi. Very cozy lunch, to enjoy by the pool. I recommend this stop.

Absolutely perfect stay at L'albinque Françoise the manager welcomed us warmly she took the time to let us visit and we were amazed at the cleanliness and clarity of the room and especially very comfortable next to the spa pool lawn transat breakfast exceptional! the cleanliness of the hostel and remarkable. we were so good during these 4 days that we didn't even go to visit Castres. finally we are really happy with this stay it really allowed us to make the vacuum and we even have a hard time recovering!! we are going to have to schedule another stay!!

Beautiful B&b near the centre of Castres. Old house full of charm, tastefully furnished and very cozy. Delicious and comfortable rooms, new and comfortable bathrooms. Extreme cleanliness, comfort and so many small attentions such as the water in the room, the boiler with te, teas, soluble coffee and two snacks, in the bathroom soaps, toothpaste, colletorio, phon and hairdresser, we deploy to visit the area, maps and suggestions for locals and events.

Three days in Castres in a great guest room!

What a charming house and hostess, Francoise. The house is very well appointed (we had Anthony's room) and breakfast was delightful with homemade pancakes and breads. It is in very close proximity to the town centre so it is easy to walk in and out without the need for a car.

During our stay the Viennese Carnival was taking place. We did not know about this beforehand but it was quite a spectacle with fantastic costumes and theatre.

I recommend this place the rooms are spacious original modern and well-equipped bathrooms a garden behind the house with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen allowed us to have breakfast which is very cozy and sought after our host is really nice and welcoming and the house very clean
