First time staying here, uncle and Aunt's second who recommended we come for a night as vacation to get away from the heat.

TRAVEL: there are two ways to get here, one is through the tiniest bridge that apparently is for cars but that's debatable - most GPS will take you this way! The other, longer way is through the mountains (From Puget-Thèniers take D16 and then D316) that is gorgeous. The road is small but if you got 20-30km/hr you'll have no problem.

TOWN (Saint Lèger): very quaint, probably no more than 50 people. It's a nice walk on the main road with panoramic views (see pics), and the fountain water is crisp and cold, as well as clean. The views are stunning, but moreso what's so nice about this town is what ISNT present. This is a place to get away, no cars running in the morning, no trucks zooming by in the distance, and honestly there seem to be no shops - this makes it a quiet, relaxing place if that's what you're looking for and can appreciate.

HOTEL: The hotel is across from the restaurant/reception and is very, very clean. The bed was better than most hotel beds (not stiff) and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Rooms are basic but I give 5 stars because it's definitely not what you expect from a village this small. Slept like a baby!

RESTAURANT (DINNER): NOT included in the price, but this is really the reason to choose this place over any other bed and breakfast get-away. The couple who runs this place are very humble, great conversationalist, and man-oh-man can they cook! Meal is fixed, which isn't customary for people but trust me, try it out. By having a fixed menu, with very fine selections, they are able to serve some down-right bomb diggity food without breaking the bank. We had a homemade terrain (like a pâte) made with plums that tasted divine. The bread was either made at home or by a artisanal bread maker (delicious!). The main course was succulent chicken in a coconut curry sauce that wasn't spicy but so delicate (I make curry often and I am especially envious of that magical recipe). Dessert was incredible!!!! The most chocolatey of chocolate with home-made raspberry compote and a pineapple and mint (from the home garden) chaser. It was so refreshing and great after the enormous meal. You won't feel hungry after, I absolutely promise you that.

BREAKFAST (Included): hot bread, coffee, orange juice, yogurt, and home made jelly's and compotes (we had fig, apricot, and raspberries). Everyone here has smiles.

You need to come here.

Mountain get-away

We stayed here as a step of our bike trip. Nice location in a peaceful place. The owners are very kind and available. We had a nice dinner based on a fixed menù and a breakfast so good. Nice price also. 
Better to reach the hotel from Peuget Teniers, cause the street from the gorges de daluis is very bad, also with the bikes. 

Nice basic hotel

Basic room, clean and comfortable. The owner is kind, pleasant and very hospitable. Great position if you are looking for a quite place, surrounded by the nature. The inn is located in a tiny village accessible by two streets, the shorter way is through a very narrow bridge, the other way will show you a magnificent scenery of mountains and valleys.
