Wow what a beautiful restaurant…. Easy to find , dedicated parking and then the food. Faultless and absolutely delicious. Charming and attentive staff who couldn’t have been more welcoming.
We will definitely be back .

Delicious food…….

Lovely hotel with a very impressive dining room and food to match. Very warm welcome and a comfortable bed, good room and, of all things in a French hotel, tea and coffee making facilities. Good breakfast and an altogether excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely overnight stay

Excellent hotel and restaurant which was just what we needed for one night on our way down to our holiday house. Stayed with our two young children in two rooms with a veranda which had everything we needed. The member of staff we dealt with spoke excellent English but all the staff there were friendly and accommodating. Dinner was fantastic. We had the set menu and a wonderful bottle of wine and they were very accommodating to the children, happily splitting a main meal between the two of them. Their recommendations for food and drink were spot on. Will definitely return. 

Wonderful discover 

We stayed here for a night and were impressed by the thoughtfulness of the owner and staff.   The room in a separate annexe was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent meal with good wine, but the only thing that let our stay down was no breakfast in the hotel on Saturday mornings, just some bits and pieces in the room with a toaster and coffee machine.  We hadn't been given the wi-fi code when we arrived and when I needed to go online in the morning the hotel was closed and there was no-one to ask.
In spite of all this, we will go back. Dinner was delicious!

Kind hosts.

We occupied room 19 on the ground floor of the anex by the car park over the road. The bed was very comfortable and the room and en suite very clean. The evening meal was a delight, well cooked and served by attentive waiters. The 58€ four course menu included a bottle of wine bit pricey but well worth it.We will certainly come again as this is a definite place to put on your wanted list.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH OUR FIRST VISIT

Arrived to be met by a very friendly lady who spoke better English than my French. We occupied room 1Bis on the first floor which overlooked the car park over the road. The bed was very comfortable and the room and en suite very clean. The evening meal was a delight,  well cooked and served by attentive waiters. A bit pricey but well worth it. I would certainly come again as this is a place to put on your wanted list.

Overnight stop.

We have lost count of the number of times we haved stayed at this lovely friendly hotel. We are so regular that we now always have the same spacious room with a verandah.
The food here is exceptional and judging by the fact that this was a mid-week visit and the restaurant was packed shows that many others think so too.
We have got to know the owners and staff who look after us well and, of course, know what we like.
The meal was wonderful and the whole experience makes the long drive almost enjoyable!

A half way stop which cannot be missed

We were driving up from south east France and weren't sure how far north we'd get so we only booked via the Logis website that very morning.  As another reviewer has said, unfortunately it was a Monday, and we had also chosen this hotel for its restaurant reviews. On our way, I received a phone call from Nathalie, the proprietress, and had the explanation the other reviewer explained.  We were given a choice of a room in the hotel or one of the self-catering rooms across the road which we took. Nathalie had left cards for a few nearby restaurants, but we were happy to use the kitchen facilities and have a picnic, courtesy of a local supermarket!  Sitting outside our room in the sun was a lovely compensation for missing dinner in the hotel restaurant!
We opted to only have coffee and croissants for breakfast the next morning,  so can't comment on breakfast, but we'd definitely return here--but not on a Monday!  Nathalie keeps a very clean and lovely auberge, and the restaurant looked charming.

Another Monday visit

We were given a free upgrade to a room with a kitchenette and the whole place was very spacious. Space to sit outside for sundowners or sit in the garden under the shade of a huge tree.  Food was exceptional but pricey but was worth it. Typically French and lovely restaurant with hospitable, friendly service. Lovely!
