Chalet Les Drus

We booked for a group of 7 to stay at Chalet Les Drus in February 2019, although it was a little warm and the snowpack wasn’t ideal, it was still a fantastic trip. We were well looked after by Lucy who was a brilliant chalet host - she made us feel very welcome, accommodating of the group’s various dietary requirements and was an excellent chef, in particular her delightful canapés which were very moreish. The chalet was well presented, clean and light throughout - with the exception of the basement room which would benefit from a larger window. Great sized hot tub, close to the flegere lift and quaffable free flowing table wine during dinner! Gary, the Valley Fever Manager, was very responsive and helpful during the booking process and arranging last minute transfers when some of the group’s flights were delayed. His team was what really made our trip, in particular the gregarious Ash who super helpful with our shuttle and ski itinerary planning and the wonderful Lucy - who the group unanimously agreed we would love to stay with again! What Chamonix lacks in the way of après, it makes up for in the large range of restaurants, bars, clubs and late night discothèques in town. I would highly recommend Les Drus as a great chalet for your trip to Chamonix.
