Everybody knows the f1 hotels are basic and that’s how it was in Tours, but I want to recommend it to anyone on a budget :) The receptionist here (family from Mauritania perhaps) is an absolute marvel! She is kind  and polite.
We are an English couple - she spoke, great English - had a little problem and she went out of her way to help us. 
This hotel is very clean and well run on. The rooms are very basic, of course, with a TV but no bathroom. The bathrooms are shared. There are enough of them so that you don’t have to wait and they cleaned more or less constantly as far as I could see.
There is a decent car park on site. 
We had breakfast, included in the price. This was  as much coffee as you want and just a very light French breakfast of bread, cake and jam.

Excellent reception

Very compliant mattress refrigerator and microwave television supplied which is the ideal little bemool the micro bathroom bathroom which is quite small so not very convenient

Even though it's a low price, it's a minimum of changing the sheets or even washing them... maybe treating the animals walking on the sheets and mattresses.

Shame on you!

Difficulty sleeping properly, sleeping was very uncomfortable, the mattress was so thin or worn out that you could smell the metal structure of the log!

The cleanliness of the shower is equally to be reviewed, especially in the period of Covid! No external security in the window in rdc which is a real problem when it is 30°C since it is not possible to open them wide and therefore difficult to sleep. This is my first and last experience in this hotel!

Never again!

This hotel is deplorable. OK welcome level, it's basic. But it's impossible to sleep! The purpose of a hotel is to provide us with a clean and quiet place to rest. That's all. All the doors are open and all the hallways are open and about a dozen men who speak an extremely loud other language only go back and forth between their rooms and the outside, leaving them quietly where anyone will enter. No words in the room before our shower, if the hotel can open the window to air, we can find it at the bottom of these windows smoking illicit substances.

It was disastrous.

I stayed 3 nights in this establishment and the reception was great. Direction to the top. I ordered a quiet room and I was served on this side. Clean toilets and showers cleaned after every passing by a client. Of course it's not a 5 star but for a stop or a stay course very well. At any rate I recommend it. For me it was perfect. (According to someone who knows the 4 and 5 stars very well).

Great welcome and great for a residency class.

We slept one night in this hotel (night of August 24 to 25) Since it was hot, there was no climate and nothing contraindicated, my daughter drank water, using the sink that was in the room that night. Finding the strange taste, she asked me to test (she's only 6 years old), and I confirmed that the smell was not normal. From the morning of August 25, around 6:00 a.m. until tonight, she didn't bother to vomit, and it smells very bad.

Watch out for water for your health!

We had a very good stay at this hotel and, cherry on the cake, we had the king's cake offered by the principal and a glass of vouvray that was welcome after more than seven hours of driving.

They were welcomed

The hotel is ideally located close to the highways for a one-night stand. The rooms are convenient but nothing more. Lunch is not worth the effort, go to the bakery across the road.
