We booked an apartment in July 2017. The environment is lovely, but you need a car as there is no shop or bakery on the site and you need to get to the nearest town (Chorges) to get some food. The restaurant was closed and replaced by a food truck. We did not use. There was also a bread service in the morning. The apartments are modern but at arrival they were not very clean. I found a used coffee pad in the Senseo machine an a bottle of shampoo together with some dust underneath the beds. There were no cleaning products in the apartment and a brush needed to be repaired. Also, the vacuum cleaner was completely full. 
When we were packed and ready to leave, we were told to make an appointment with the cleaning lady who would check if we had cleaned properly  (they did not tell us this when arriving). I found her to be very rude as she pushed me some cleaning products and a sponge in my hands and I was forced to clean the toilets while she was watching. Also, I had to redo the showers, the floor and vacuum cleaning under her watching eye. I found this humiliating and unnecessary. I had followed the instructions for cleaning the apartment but this was apparently not enough for this woman. Her attitude is not acceptable!
Concerning the wifi, be aware this is only sufficient for 2 users and only on certain moments.
And you better do not have too noisy neighbours as you can hear almost anything from each other!
Luckily, the nice view on the lake can compensate a lot!

Nice environment, but not the personnel!

Stayed in an apartment last week of June.

The apartment had all types of comfort for a relaxing holiday; dishwasher, oven, automatic shutters/blinds, air conditioning. The promised washing machine was missing but to compensate we received tokens (could also choose another apartment).
Our ground floor apartment had a large terrace and view on the lake (probably not as much as the apartments above us but we enjoyed it).
Staying there with two people it was a luxury to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All looking very neat. The shower was pleasant. 
We brought our own bed sheets and towels and cleaned the apartment ourselves (saved 80,-), all materials were there.

It's quite a walk (and climb back) to the swimming pool / reception area but well worth it. Because of this walk; definitely bring some food and drinks to the pool if you're planning to stay the afternoon (even though you are not allowed). 
The swimming pool was clean and had just the right temperature. More than enough sunbeds but it's still pre-season. 

We had a very quiet and relaxing holiday. This changed a bit the last days when Spanish neighbors arrived who were very loud. The apartment hall is very noisy and 4 children playing football on the outside terrace caused some irritations. 

The park had a small beach area but we visited the Baie St Michel, highly recommendable. 
Also visit the market in Chorges on Sunday morning. 

Downsides:
- dependence on a car:  you don't come far by foot.
- no bread ordering service available in June
